He came over, assessed the situation, explained my options, and when I opted for a new water heater, he somehow managed to get one and install it the next morning. Our water heater started leaking water. The water heater was very old, and we saw this coming, but it was still stressful and we needed help ASAP. After reading excellent reviews on yelp and in a Facebook group about Rene, we gave him a call. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. I texted him some pictures of the leak and he came out as soon as he was able that same day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to assess the situation (we needed a new water heater) and he located one that day. He flushed the old one, removed it, and stayed late to install the new one. This all happened the day before school was starting for my kids and he was so kind to stay late to ensure we would have hot water for the kid's first day of school. We were working on a project in our front yard and realized at the 11th hour that we were going to need to raise the hose bib...Rene to the rescue! Rene arrived on time, did the job in a clean and timely manner and even produced several decorative options for us to choose from since the newly raised hose bib would be clearly visible.

Fast forward a couple of months and our dryer broke. In choosing a new set, we decided to switch to a gas dryer and immediately called Rene. He, again, arrived exactly when he said he would and offered up several options for how he could run the gas line. In doing his work, he accidentally cut a seam into our crawl space vapor barrier...he was upfront and honest and came back the next day to patch the cut. Additionally, while he was in the crawl space, he noticed a cracked drain pipe (it was already cracked) and addressed it immediately so that it wouldn't become a problem. I can't emphasize how impressed we've been with his work ethic!

Finally, we asked about another potential project of running water to a vegetable garden and he advised us against having him do it and offered a much more cost effective route that our landscapers would easily be able to do.

All in all, we're thrilled not only with the quality of work, but (more importantly) the quality of character. Timeless plumbing is our go to for any future plumbing needs.
