They were unable to fix my problem, did the wrong work, and I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the problem they were unable to solve. They 100% made sure that they got their money for not doing the work properly.

Although I wish they would have corrected this error themselves vs me having to complain. When presented with an over billing accusation, they stepped up and corrected their mistake.

I had Time out to my house and did not leave a review at the time. But, every time I deal with my boiler I am frustrated and reminded of their visit to my house. They wanted to sell me a service which would have been very expensive and not necessary. But more important, they wrote their phone number in black permanent ink on my boiler. I didn't know they did this until they left and for certain will never call them. I've tried to remove but no success. If you use them, beware.

My complaint is only with customer service. They used a bait and switch strategy to rope me in. Told me I could use my $885 coupon for a new water heater completely installed so I turned away other contractors who said they would charge me more. What they didn't tell me is that it would actually cost me twice as much...that I find out after the guy arrives. So it cost me about $1650. Yes I could have sent them walking but then I was looking at another day or two of no hot water, spending another day waiting for another contractor, etc. Time is money so of course this company got to do the job and take me for twice as much money as they estimated the job would cost.

Amazing service beyond the call of duty, professionalism, pricing!!! My kitchen window wouldn't close and faucet below it froze as a frigid front hit last January. Couldn't reach any plumber until the owner of TIME answered (late night - not an answering machine!), patiently told me what to do till his person could arrive at 7 am. Right on time. In his first minute Wesley tackled and closed the window (not in his job description), then thawed the pipes, checked for any damage to the water system and appliances, and presented an incredibly reasonable bill.

Recommended TIME to a friend who'd had many bad experiences with plumbers in Denver. Nathan, like Wesley, did extra work without upping the bill. Their efficiency is amazing, and no b-s'ing. Exceptional!!

Hired them to clean my sewer line...which they did but several days later needed to be redone. After the second cleaning they scoped the sewer line and explained some issues with draining and the condition of the pipeline , which I saw during the inspection. The serviceman was very professional and identified what needed to be done to correct the problem, basically replace the sewer line. However the price estimate of $18,000 was totally outrageous!! Obtained 3 additional estimates for the same work..... $8,000 to $6,500, again for the same exact scope of work. Moral of the story... Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I got an $800 quote to replace a capacitor and a contact switch on my A/C unit. These things cost less than $30 each if you buy them even at the highest prices available. I found my capacitor for less than $10 at Home Depot. RIP OFF ALERT!

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on Yelp, but my experience with Time Plumbing warrants it. Time Plumbing was ineffective and incredibly expensive.

I had a plumber come out on Friday--he was nice and relatively knowledgeable, but he said he was unable to help with my leaky toilet because it is an old type of toilet that is rarely used. I appreciated his honesty and he said someone from his company who has more experience with wall-mount toilets would come out on Monday. Awesome. They didn't charge me a trip charge for that, so I was feeling good about the company.

Then Monday comes around. A plumber shows up, he's fairly non-communicative, but seems incredibly unwilling to fix this toilet. After calling his manager who, without having seen the toilet, gives him a quote of $1,200 to repair the toilet or $2,400 to replace the toilet. Obviously the prices shocked me. I asked if there was a way to do a temporary fix while I could figure out how to pay for the repair. The repair man said it wasn't possible because of the liability associated with any future leaks, I asked to talk to his manager. After waiting 10 minutes for his manager to call us back, even though he knew I was waiting to talk to him, I convince the manager to let the guy do the temporary repair. The manager curtly asks me to give the phone back to the repair man, I do. They talk through the steps of doing the temporary repair (which was worrisome on its own) and hang up. The repair man tells me it will be $360 to do the temporary repair. I clarify that it will be about an hour of work. Which is a ludicrous charge. I asked them to leave, paid the $43 for the trip charge, and found another plumber.

I can't help but feeling I paid Time Plumbing $43 for the privilege of having to leave work for two separate afternoons without any benefit.

A different plumber to do the full, warrantied repair for a quarter of the price Time Plumbing gave me (and brought the correct part just by my verbal description alone). HUGE shout out to Key Plumbing.

Like many other reviews, Nate did a great job and provided excellent service in replacing our furnace.

However, he quoted $200+ to swap out my out thermometer (service only). I figured that after spend a few thousand dollars on a new furnace, a 15 minute job like that would be a lot cheaper, if not complimentary. I ended up swapping the thermometer myself (thank-you Youtube).

Also, it would be nice if Time would educate their customers on current rebate offers. In my case, had I installed a 95% efficiency furnace, I would be eligible to receive a $300 rebate from Xcel energy - information that would be useful before having my furnace installed. I guess I should have done more research myself before swapping out my furnace...
