Chris was a great technician. He made getting plumbing work done a pleasant experience. When I first called him he asked me lots of questions so that he could make sure he knew exactly what I needed. I needed my garbage disposal fixed as well as a drain unclogged. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was so convenient. This is by the best service call I've ever had. Great experience with Timbers! Austin was able to get my new water heater installed and my old water heater taken away within 2 hours time. They were quick and very clean . I also had a few questions about why my hot water heater stopped working and also if there was anything I could have done to maintain it. I've called on the smell-good plumbers, I've called on the ""Bubbas"", but was never satisfied with the work they've done and the messes they've left behind when finished. Then there's Chris. He not only restored my faith in plumbers by being personable and on time, but by completely fixing my clogged upstairs shower drain and cleaning up after himself when the job was complete, leaving no trace of dirty foot prints or drain grime anywhere, as if no one had even been there. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. My search for a reliable plumber is over, and Chris gained a customer for life. He even gave me helpful tips for my upcoming kitchen and yard remodel. Although I am unsure of the entire area of CA he covers, I recommend him to anyone. As the old saying goes, ""if you think plumbers are expensive, try hiring a cheap one"". (His pricing is very reasonable).

I had dreaded this experience for years, knowing it was just a matter of time before our hot water heater would need to be replaced. The water heater finally gave out, and I searched online for an installer since our usual plumber had retired. When I contacted Timbers Plumbing, I encountered a knowledgeable, conscientious and reasonably priced professional who performed the work well beyond my expectations.

Mark installed our new hot water heater and removed the old one the same day of my call. He fixed a small leak he had discovered under the house leading to the water heater and changed out our furnace filter while he was under the house. He offered several suggestions for diy maintenance we could do on other applicances to help efficiency and extend our not water heaters life. Everything was left neat and clean, and I was surprised at how easy this had all turned out to be for me when I had been putting it off for years. We will definitely be calling Timbers Plumbing for future work.
