We tried to get them to come out and look at some shoddy piping work they'd done the previous summer (2018). It had sprung a leak. Said they didn't have any plumbers available because they were all working on a government contract. What kind of business does that? They also indicated they were not tied to their work forever. A year is forever? Will try to avoid this business in the future if possible although it is difficult to find responsible tradesmen in the this area. Donna B.'s experience was not unique.

We called this company on a Friday with a backed up toilet & tub,they could not get to us until the next Wed they said.Since we have two bathrooms we agreed that Wed was ok. On Wednesday when we call about where they are, they tell us they can reschedule us for Friday but not any sooner.Meanwhile we have sewerage backing up,then draining,then backing up, stinking up the whole house.No call to let us know they cannot get to us as scheduled. Called them around 9:30 on Wed morning and they finally got around to calling us back around 1pm.
