Timberline Mechanical, LLC is a locally owned family enterprise. We provide plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions for both homes and businesses in the counties of Socorro and Catron. We hold all necessary licenses, bonds, and insurance, and we are dedicated to the community we care about.

Established in 2019 by Bobby Otero, Timberline Mechanical, LLC offers skilled plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions in Magdalena, Socorro, Datil, Quemado, Reserve, and surrounding regions.

Bobby and I, as the owners of Timberline Mechanical, LLC, are delighted to serve the community that raised us and where we hope to raise our own daughter.
