I really dislike it when a business leaves us no choice but to leave a bad review. I do so much more prefer writing the good reviews. BUT, what does a business expect when they make an appointment in writing and then don't keep it!?! and with no courtesy notice to us!?! and no apology!?! That's three strikes! which is a 'You're out!' in the game of customer service.

You know Timberidge Plumbing & Heating, when it's to everyone's advantage to do it - in this case have a business relationship which after all is your first and most sacred duty that you expensively pay to advertise for, it's elementary you should just do it --instead of later acting as if this duty isn't so.

Excellent customer service. We are in the middle of selling our house and have called 3-5 plumbing services for estimates and were not hearing back. Got a recommendation to call Brian for plumbing needs. I left a message and he called me back with in a half hour and with in a hour at my door for an estimate. Not only was the estimate very fairly priced but he competed the work right then and there! Incredible! Call these guys for your plumbing needs! They do residential and business!

Excellent and professional service for a water main break. Chad was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was a hard worker (reaching some difficult spots) and doing it in an expedient way. Didn't try to pad his time or waste mine. I highly recommend this company over a national well-known name that overcharged and wasted time.
