$155/hour for one plumber and someone in training to be in my home for 1.75 hrs to fix a toilet leak in an old building, so nearly $300 total.

The trainee continually needed to go out to get parts, which was why it took so long.

The toilet didn't leak when they were through, but the toilet also didn't completely flush. I tinkered with the valve until I could get it working properly.

Ever since I got a new faucet in the bathroom sink, I've had trouble with clogging in the drain. I relied on handymen to unclog it. This time I called Tim Stefl Plumbing. Will did a great job in getting the clog out, and also put in a small part that lets me pull out the stopper completely, so I can clean it before a clog starts to build up. In 25 minutes the job was done. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Are these people for real?!! Our kitchen sink was clogged big time. A family member who is a contractor tried rodding out to 50 feet multiple times without success. Kudos to Tim Stefl, he's great plumber and human, has always been reasonable but this one was above and beyond - I called when my kitchen faucet filter blew out and instead of coming over and charging to look at it he asked me to take pictures and email them to him. He looked at the pictures and recommended that I go to Elmwood Supply and ask if they had the part I needed to repair it. The gentleman there found me the part and gave me a detailed explanation on how to replace it - I was able to do it myself for $1.61

After initial good service, I have been extremely disappointed. I have been trying to reach Tim Stefl for several weeks now and he won't return my call. I have called now 5 times. The office staff are pleasant, but the question is technical, and he won't return my call. I will no longer use them as this level of non-responsiveness is unacceptable.
