Called at 820am on a Sunday with a leak in my wall. Was told that a plumber would call me as soon as he became available. at 1030 am I called back since I had not heard from anyone. The lady told me he was on a job and would definitely call me when he was done. I spoke to the plumber at 11:18 who then told me it would be a week since he was having a baby on Tuesday. Terrific- congrats- my question is why did the lady not tell me that at 820 this morning so I could move on. I called back to talk with the lady and a man answered... not hello this is Tim & Sons... he answered the phone "this is me". I asked who is this? and it went downhill from there. The man told me he is the owner. I would never do business this way. Not customer focused, not transparent and rude.
