We called on Saturday, Jan. 13th, at about 1:30 pm, after we unsuccessfully attempted install a new Water-Heater. Tim answered quickly, was polite, and had Johann at our house in approximately an hour. Unfortunately Johann informed us that in order to do the job correctly, a complete re-pipe would be advised. - For context - We had original galvanized pipe that had gone untouched since the 60's, leaking at every single joint, with most of the hot line filled with years of sediment. It was time...

After some negotiation, we settled and Tim had his crew at our house by mid-day Tuesday. Johann and Jim were pleasant, attentive, and very tolerant of my annoying dogs that spent 3 days barking away the evil plumbers. They insured that each day they left us with cold water, and returned each day at the time promised. I personally spent time as a plumber many years ago. Not enough experience to do the job myself, but definitely enough to see quality work, done by people who care about service. I hope I never need to call a plumber agian, but if that day comes. It will definitely be Tim and his crew.

I had a large leak under my kitchen sink. Called Tim at which time he assured me they would take care of me. He dispatched his employee Johan to my home the same evening . Johan was very professional and had the issue fixed quickly. Afterwards he checked and double checked to make sure there weren't any further issues. Such great service and the cost was so much lower than I anticipated!!!

Update; this man is a miracle worker. After we sent him away last week cause we thought we had it under control(he was so nice to come by at the last min to check on us) fast fwd a week later both back to back toilets were not working and leaking all over the place. He came out the same day and made it his mission to find the blockage. After several attempts from both toilets and trying to get the line cleared he got the sucker from the line using the trap in the sink bathroom. Worth every Penny to get it done right

We noticed a link in our kitchen sink. On the countertop and down below. We called Tim O'Connor in the morning and he visited our home in the afternoon. He was very quick to diagnose the source of our leaks and replaced part of the drain pipe and flushed out some pipes.

He's very professional, hard working and knowledgeable. And fairly priced.

In a few months, we'll call Tim to install a toilet in our master bathroom.
