For years, we have maintained a list of clients that includes residential clients as well as commercial businesses, municipalities, educational facilities, non-profits, real estate agents, management companies, multi-unit complexes, etc.. Tim Mote and Janet have lived in the Southaven area since the mid-70s. The company operates from a home office in the heart of Southaven. Their son, their son Greg, is the leader of the complete company. The manager's picture is featured in the ad in the Impact publication. He grew up & raised in Southaven, MS. Greg Mote is a 2001 Southaven HS & attended the University of Mississippi. He has worked as our head since then. Rodney L.This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
