Over the years, we have developed a list of clients that includes homeowners as well as financial institutions, municipalities, educational facilities, charities, property agents, landlords, apartment buildings, etc.. Tim Mote and Janet have called home in the Southaven area since the mid-70s. The company operates from a home office in Southaven, MS. Their son, Greg Mote, is the leader of the entire company. Greg's picture is featured in the listing in the Impact phone book. He grew up & spent his childhood in Southaven. We are proud to say the majority of our business come from word of mouth.
Our manager is a graduate of Southaven High & attended Ole Miss. He has worked as our leader since then. He has a faithful following and an excellent reputation for being reliable, dependable & fair. Rodney L.This company is very overrated! We had work done by them in July 2016. They rerouted water lines in our home. We had it done in order to get rid of poly lines. They replaced the lines with pecs pipe but neglected to replace the old poly that was in all the connections to fixtures in the house. We had a leak in the line that comes into the house from the meter because they hooked onto the cold water in the wrong place. When we tried to reach Greg Mote he would not answer or respond to our calls. When we finally spoke to the woman in the office she said it was no big deal. It was a big deal to us! We had brand new carpet get wet in a bedroom.
