We had a water leak between the main and the house. Tim Kinsey was recommended by a contractor friend. They came out, found the leak, and fixed the problem. They were prompt and polite. We are very satisfied with the work and response.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME contacting Tim's Plumbing! Completely Unprofessional and Unreliable! They do not take calls or return them in a timely manner after leaving a message. They ask for text messages that they do not reply to if at all, in a timely manner. They schedule Appointments that they DO NOT show up for!

I would never recommend this company. I used them in March to redo the water line and that was done satisfactory in the attic but the finish under the sinks was not done well and looked badly. The next job was to redo the pipe under the kitchen sink. It turned out to be much more than expected and I stopped the work. The sink had the cement removed and I expect it to be replace
They wanted $200 to put the cement back under, the sink.I had another company to come and finish the job.
All fees were paid to Tim's but never got an invoice on the sink and pipe repair.

Although Tim Sr. is very nice and knowledgeable, I did not receive good treatment when it came to getting a plumber out to fix our problem. I was stood up twice. The lady in the office did NOT call to tell me that no one was coming to my scheduled appointment. She is very rude. I had to call her and when I asked to confirm that someone was coming, she simply said "No". That was it...no explanation, just "No, he's not coming". Ummmm...ok??? This was two days in a row...After I have waited over a week with a running faucet. Extremely frustrated. I will be going with someone else from now on.

Avoid at all costs. Where do I begin? Onion Creek was recommended by a contractor that I know and trust, so I went in with normal expectations, but things fell apart. First of all, I had an impossible time getting anyone to answer the phone or to call me back. And twice, I took off work to be at the house when they were supposed to arrive, but they didn't. They showed up the third time and when they did, they didn't bring the tools they needed, even though I had spoken with them before they arrived and they knew exactly what tools were necessary. And lastly, there was a whole lotta standing around and chatting during the workday. I ended up spending a fortune for what should have been a quick routine. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company.

We used Onion Creek Plumbing a few months ago for a backed up kitchen sink. They were AWESOME! They came out within minutes of us calling and fixed our problem that day! They are VERY reasonably priced, and very friendly!

We were referred to Onion Creek Plumbing by two friends. We got them out for a estimate and called back to schedule the work. We had to call at least 3 times before we got a call back. At last, we got an appointment in and it was not followed through so we had to reschedule. Twice. We finally had someone out to do the work & the information was not relayed to him on the work that needed to be done. So he had to return at another time. The reschedule was also had to be rescheduled that had nothing to do with us. We finally had to call it quits as we have given them several opportunities to provide service to us. Unprofessional and unreliable.
