Sharon R.I'd rate Mr. Engles, excellent! We woke up to a flooded basement due to a cantankerous toilet. It clogs up pretty frequently and soon will be replaced. Called Mr. Engles, he came right out and had the problem fixed in under 20 min. flat! He is very courteous and informative. Took his time to explain things to us and was very helpful. He is like a physician of the septic system. He was very reasonable also. We would call him back if any more problems and we highly recommend!
