We needed an estimate to put up a power pole on the property. The came out and gave me a $6000 (six thousand dollar) estimate. We were new to the area and we thought ""oh well, looks like we will have to keep the generator for a while. We got a call from the engineer from the power company asking when can we set up the appointment to bring pier to the property? We told him we got this horrible estimate and we were going to have to wait. We didn't tell him who we called but he knew exactly who gave the estimate. He gave me the number to a local guy and he charged me $850. DON'T USE Ferguson. They are rip off artists.

I call to make an appointment to check and service the air unit. . The conversation on the phone is about is the cost of 89.00, but if you are a member of our ""club"" (costing mo money) we will do the stuff you need. The person going to check your unit will tell you about it.
I set a time to be at the house between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. I was here. there was a call on my phone at 1:12 pm and another at 1:15pm. On the phone, they told me they were here and I explained that the time schedules was between 2 and 4. This conversation was at 2:00pm. After a few minutes, and telling me I need to reschedule. I said stop. I am getting upset and I am going to have to take a step back to consider what I want to do now.

The guys at Tim Ferguson are awesome!! They installed a difficult unit at our house and were professional, very helpful, and left no trace when they were done. They even made a late house call when our air went on the fritz and had us cooling our heels in no time. Thanks, fellas, for all your hard work!!

Jeremiah Looney and Steven Whitney came to my house on two separate occasions, once to disconnect my kitchen plumbing in preparation for new countertop installation, and again to reconnect the plumbing after the job was done. They did an outstanding job! They were polite, courteous, and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and patiently answered all my questions about what they were doing and why. Service like this is why I continue to do business with Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air & Electric. They are always dependable and do quality work.

Do not call for emergency they charge double the price plus the guy had bad attitude.

So my 5 year old decided to flush a piece of ""pretty glass"" down the toilet because she thought it went to the ocean. I couldn't get it unclogged so I called Tim Ferguson. They sent Larry F. out within a few minutes and he was great. He came to the door smiling and, after introducing himself, he put on shoe covers. That was a nice touch. He ended up having to remove the toilet to get to the clog.
Overall, the experience was great and I thought the pricing was very fair. Larry was very professional and friendly. I. would highly recommend this company.

I called for a tech to come out. Fee is $129. He told me that he will tell me what's wrong with the unit as he goes along his job and its up to me to fix it or not. Sounds good. Great guy. I opted for their tune up and maintenance plan. $230ish then every 3 months they would do the same to keep the unit cleaned and conditioned. Sounds good. I was charged for 2 different things. Initial diagnose ($129) and tune up/maintenance plan ($230ish).
After the tech left, I assumed my unit would be better but it was still in poor condition and temperature would not go below 76. Now, I know that any work done to repair the unit will be a third charge and has nothing to do with the tune up. But what they wanted to charge me was another $89 for the same tech to come out the next morning to diagnose the same unit at the same location! What type of business does that? I spoke with a lady over the phone who was in charge and she insisted that its their policy because I called for a ""tune up"" and not repair. Well yes ma'am! I did ! But I was also charged for the initial diagnose so why should I be charged again? If the tech finds out the fan is busted and charged me for a new one that's fine! But another diagnose charge on top of the previous diagnose charge for the same unit is absurd. Horrible experience.
I rather pay another company an extra ""diagnose"" fee than deal with this money hungry company. ""We have an A rating with the BBB"" I was told. I'm sure they do but after speaking with many clients (I own 2 nail salons) most knew of Ferguson and their ""policy"".
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
