So thrilled by the work Tim did for me. I own a condo in WeHo and I live elsewhere which of course makes getting repairs done challenging. Tim showed up on time and let me know exactly what needed to be done (less than what I had expected). He was great about explaining the details about the work to be done. He came in with a competitive quote and I chose him to complete the work. He kept me posted on the progress of the work. He accepted PayPal which I appreciated. Tim focuses mostly on small jobs, as his website says. I texted him to see if he could do some welding work and although he didn't, he was kind enough to refer me to a welder (I've been having trouble finding one) and even gave detailed advice for the job. I appreciate his very quick replies and friendly tips!

A new cleaning company, I tried, unfortunately broke and severed the hinge attachment connecting my bathroom's cabinet door. This was a real pain and waist of my time. Fortunately, I found Handyman, Tim Dolan on YELP!
This was the first time that I had utilized his service. Tim was very professional, efficient, and respectfully clean & tidy. Tim did an excellent job repairing my cabinet door at a fair & reasonable price. Notably, Tim was on time with his correspondence, scheduled appointments, and with sending a final itemized invoice. We are happy, and we'll definitely plan to work with Tim Dolan again for upcoming projects and repairs.

I had several things in the house that needed to be maintenance and he knew how to fix it right away! He fixed several things very quickly.
