Convo over text went ok to begin with, I texted my street address and confirmed the appointment for a week later. The Friday morning of the appt, Tim texts me within 1 hour of the start time... to cancel. Stating he does not do condo/apts, only houses? Good luck making sense of that. My original text of my street address said the word 'condo' in it, for the record. Unprofessional and not licensed. Avoid-

Tim is now our go-to guy for problem solving. He replaced outdoor light fixtures/motion detector lights/interior light switches/doorknobs and door sets and fixed a problematic backyard gate that was dragging. AND he'll tell you if he CAN'T do something! I'll have him back. He's hoping to build a bigger client base in our Hancock Park/Windsor Square/Larchmont Village area as he lives nearby. Highly recommend.

Tim wasn't able to help me in my request because it requires a lot more structural engineering to even consider doing the plumbing and he was very respectful and his response time was very fast and I would recommend using a plumber like this because he was honest and that's my word

Tim did a number of jobs for us around the house. He is very thorough and careful in his work...but also highly efficient and productive with his time. He accomplished our long ""to do"" list beautifully, in a minimal amount of time. This included installing pull-out shelves in kitchen cabinets, fixing a broken toilet, adjusting squeaking doors, and installing a complicated cuckoo clock. He's also a great person to have working in your home...intelligent and very personable. All in all Tim is a real gem--we feel lucky to have found him!

He got back to me in a timely fashion, and spent a bit of time researching solutions. I won't hesitate to call on him again, and hopefully we'll be a good fit next time.

Tim promptly responded to my initial request for an estimate and great about setting up an appointment soon after my request. He was right on time and performed the work (replacing a garbage disposal) quickly and effectively. The job went very smoothly and ended up being lower than estimated. How often does that happen? Definitely will use again.

He promptly responded to our phone calls and texts. We have hired him 3 times and will continue to do so because of his great work!

We love having him around and are so happy to have found him. He's done a lot for us over the past couple of years, from re-hinging doors to installing a split ductless A/C & heating system.
