Tim focuses mostly on small jobs, as his website says. I texted him to see if he could do some welding work and although he didn't, he was kind enough to refer me to a welder (I've been having trouble finding one) and even gave detailed advice for the job. I appreciate his very quick replies and friendly tips!

I used Tim a second time. This time he repaired a leak in my roof plus fixed a fairly complicated electrical problem and several misc. other things that needed fixing. A new cleaning company, I tried, unfortunately broke and severed the hinge attachment connecting my bathroom's cabinet door. This was a real pain and waist of my time. Fortunately, I found Handyman, Tim Dolan on YELP!
This was the first time that I had utilized his service. Tim was very professional, efficient, and respectfully clean & tidy. Tim did an excellent job repairing my cabinet door at a fair & reasonable price. Notably, Tim was on time with his correspondence, scheduled appointments, and with sending a final itemized invoice. We are happy, and we'll definitely plan to work with Tim Dolan again for upcoming projects and repairs.

I found him on yelp, and I'm amazed at how knowledgeable he was at being able to fix everything!

I had several things in the house that needed to be maintenance and he knew how to fix it right away! He fixed several things very quickly.

Tim did an amazing job cat-proofing my apartment for me! He was extremely attentive, thoughtful and took extra care with the old appliances in my old apartment. His rates are super reasonable, and he was available the next day. (A lot of the other handy-man services were booked up for weeks.)

He's also just a really nice and trustworthy person. I can tell he cares about what he's doing, and he wants the customers to be happy. I definitely won't be going to anyone else for my handyman needs. Thanks, Tim!

I contacted Tim because we desperately needed an AC unit installed in our rental house during the most recent heatwave. We have horizontal sliding windows so it wasn't a simple job and required replacing the glass in the window with plexiglass to fit the unit. He came out the very next day and did a very clean job that looks as good as it gets. All of this was happening when I was 8 months pregnant and overheating so to say he saved the day is an understatement! Would definitely trust him with any other jobs we have in the future.
