I called Tim after I got what I felt was a bogus quote from another plumber. The original quote was for a plugged washer line in the house I'd just bought. By the time I called Tim out, I also needed my kitchen line unplugged, and a water line to my refrigerator installed. Tim fixed the kitchen sink, fixed the washer line, snaked the main drainage line.

Every step of the way he would check in with me to make sure I wanted to pay for things to be done correctly and thoroughly, to ensure I wouldn't end up paying for work I wasn't willing to have done. I told him to do it all so that it would last.

Tim discovered that one of my drainage lines had been installed incorrectly with a negative grade, and he asked if I'd like him to fix it before proceeding. I said yes, and it was done in five minutes.

And the water line to my fridge? Let's just say that it was so well installed with copper piping that nothing short of a direct nuclear hit will cause it to fail.

Tim wanted to ensure that the job would be finished in one outing so, when the job started taking longer than anticipated, he apologized profusely and asked if he could come out the next day to install the water line to the fridge . . . and then he made a call to see if he could move things around in his schedule. He could, and did, and finished the job.

Then, to top it all off, after five hours of work on multiple issues, the final invoice was more than reasonable. He handled all of my problems for less than the other plumber quoted for just one.

What a relief to know that there are still honest men in the world who do quality work. Tim is willing to stand by his product and told me that if there were any problems with the work he'd done, he'd come straight out and fix them.

If you need plumbing done in San Diego, this is the man to go to. No doubt. Highly recommended.

Tim Daniels came to our codo complex to fix a leaky pipe and had to enter our condo to see if the leak was coming from our place. He DID NOT take off his dirty boots and stained our carpet, found no leak in our place and fixed the problem in a neighbors garage. His form of leak detection is a flashlight, not so professional. Todays plumbers use an electronic leak detector unit!! Our drywall person would not cover up the weird valve he put in place of the leaky pipe. Now he has to come back because the same garage is leaking again. Hmmmm I will only use 21st century plumbing companies from now on. I would strongly urge anyone who needs a plumber not to call this guy.
