Didn't even get to a quote. I had 4 plumbers quote this job and this was the only company that had an 85 dollar fee just to come out and tell me what the actual work is going to cost.
These guys were outstanding! Super friendly and knowledgeable, they kept us informed of their progress and took time to explain everything as they went along. They did an excellent job and saved us a bunch of money. We just moved to the area and Tim Beil Plumbing will always be our go-to plumber.
Eileen P.Excellent service. Both technicians very knowledgeable. We had a blockage from house to septic. Fixed in a timely manner and they explained every step of the process. Would definitely recommend
My hot water heater started leaking and I called Tim Beil Plumbing to set up an inspection. They set up an appointment the next day to be at my house! Tom was the gentleman that showed up the next morning, he was very personable, down to earth and explained everything to me so that it was easy for me to understand. We ended up getting a new water heater and expansion tank. He guided us in getting the right one that will fulfill the needs of my family's usage. He was done in no time and was leaving. I'm in sales and I respect when someone isn't pushy and has the consumers best interest in mind. Thank you Tom and thank you Tim Beil Plumbing!
Gary H.There was a blockage in the main drain that occurred on Friday at 4:45pm. To avoid paying extraordinary after hours/weekend fees, I used little water and had the plumber come over on the following Monday. Sometime prior to the plumber getting there the drain cleared itself. Plumber arrived, and checked drain by flushing toilet 10 times and running washing machine. I was charged a $160 fee for this. Sixty bucks for the service charge, and $10 bucks a flush, I guess. Seemed pricey to me, and will shop around next time.
Trish B.This company came out to fix a water problem with a drain pipe that was overflowing. Never fixed the problem when they came out and then when we called them back they wanted to overcharge us again for $500. This company is totally ridiculous with their costs and just want to take advantage of people who have issues with their plumbing. If they fixed this the first time, we wouldn't be having this problem. Worst company I have ever deal with
My family has been using Tim Beil Plumbing for over 25 years for both home & rental properties and they are the best service based plumber in the Lehigh Valley. Very customer friendly with highest quality service and work product. Could not be more satisfied with their work and service, highly recommend.
I had two problems. One a slow flow of water out of the kitchen faucet, the other problem a slow drainage of water(clog) in the bathroom sink.Steve and his co-worker arrived within the time period they were scheduled for and both problems have been corrected and still everything is going well about one week later. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend Tim Beil Plumbing.Plus when I called a got a real person (Donna) and not an
answering machine.Donna is a very pleasant person to speak to.Thank you Beil Plumbing!
p.s. Beil is in the Lehigh Valley,Pennsylvania.
I have used Tim Beil Plumbing for over 7 years now. I use them at my home and on several rental properties. I continue to use them for these reasons.
1) They Show up when they say they will.
2) They respect my property. They leave the place cleaner than it was before they got there.
3) They have a friendly staff that answers my calls and takes care of my concerns.
4) They stand by their work.
5) In 7 years I have never had a problem with any of their work. In fact when other contractors see their work they will comment that they really know what they are doing.
I highly recommend using Tim Beil!
My well pump went recently and I contacted Tim Beil Plumbing to come out and replace it. They dispatched a truck the nest morning (after I was advised that I would have to pay a $250+ dispatch and evaluation fee) and the two man crew quickly confirmed that the pump had to be replaced. They removed the well casing cap and were trying to peer down the casing pipe but didn't have a flashlight--I had to provide one. After a few minutes they came inside the house to discuss 'options'. I was advised that depending on the the of piping I had, it would cost $770-$1100 just to remove the pipe. I asked about the cost of a pump and got a 'it depends' answer and a range of $2000-$4000.
I dismissed them and called a plumber who I had some familiarity with, Deluxe Plumbing of Bethlehem, and they did the whole job for under $1500 (without a 'dispatch' fee).
The team sent out by Beil Plumbing was pleasant but appeared somewhat inexperienced and their quotes were in the extreme to say the least. I have no basis to provide a positive recommendation.
