I have a townhouse I often use as an occasional rental with four bathrooms. Over the last three years Garrett and Tim Bailey Plumbing have been a lifesaver for me. I have used them as my go to plumber and they stay until they get the job done, even if they have to make several trips for parts. The business end is handled by a very nice and caring lady. Prices are fair and reasonable.

They were great to deal with during the new construction phase and I was paying tens of thousands of dollars. Having them come out for minor challenges less than a year later has proved to be a miserable experience. The thermostat in the hot water heater went out just as the freeze was lifting, so we called Tim Bailey's office that Friday to schedule service. The lady that answered the phone (Kaitlin) immediately started screaming it wouldn't be warranty work. Whether or not that was even at issue, we still needed service. We were understanding that they couldn't get out to see us for 10 days because the freeze caused many people to require a plumber. They finally came out and told us they would have to order the part which could be as long as a week. I just now spoke to them because we haven't heard back and now they say, they never ordered the part and didn't want our business - turns out it was warranty work so go figure. It's now been 18 days since they came to diagnose the problem and we still don't have hot water. This is unacceptable customer service from someone that was trusted to in the job when we were building. If I could leave half a star rating for a company that refuses to serve customers in the very community it purports to want to help, I would. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from any contractor. Please research before trusting your new home's plumbing to someone that so blatantly takes the money and runs. Maroon Plumbing fixed the issue immediately!

They were fast, knowledgeable, and worked so hard. My water heater died, the ceiling began to bubble or sag down. When it popped drywall, insulation, and lots of water fell down. All of the faucets in my house started running even though they were turned off. Called late night maintenance line and someone came out at 1:30am! He looked and checked everything and said he couldn't do it tonight (obviously since you can't buy a water heater at 1:30am) but someone would come tomorrow. I had two young men show up and do some work then go buy the correct heater and then I had four guys in my house working on heaters and faucets. They were amazing! I highly recommend!
