Nick is great. He was super responsive and on-time when my furnace went out. His labor prices were fair. He researched a price online for the part I needed. I bought it myself and shipped it to him which saved me a lot of money. On top of this, he's just a nice guy. Plan on using him for all my plumbing and heating needs going forward.

Mr. Tilley helped me with our natural gas grill hook up. We just purchased a new home and Mr. Tilley stopped by to make sure it was safe and hooked up correctly. Tilley Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor, we had just purchased this house and didn't have a clue what pipes were which (heated base boards, driveway etc).

Mr Tilley came out explained the complicated system and advised some maintenance of the system. ( Being from CA, I didn't know heating systems need anti-freeze)

I got a fair price and excellent workmanship. Mr. Tilley installed a recirculating pump and the hot water comes to my kitchen faucet now! It saves on water bills enormously. Mr. Tilley shows up on time and is very professional

Too bad I read the one positive review here and made decission on that. Be very aware. All materials for plumbing job is at least double the prices you will see online. Hot water dispenser which you can buy for $269 retail online became $459.63 charge on the bill.

To add insult to injury we ended up paying that twice. That's how we found out that we are overcharged. First the wrong type of dispenser was installed. Bruce didn't even ask which one we want. After installation I contacted him immediately and told him about that. He said that it is not a problem and he will switch it for correct one. But he failed to mention that we will get charged for previous hot dispenser and the replacement full price (times two). And he took the the other one with him and later sent bill with another full charge for replacement.

Price for installation of one hot dispenser $1,800. Do not use unless you want to be overcharged.

Super great guy! Honest, dependable and works with our schedule. Very efficient, up front and knowledgeable, and he likes our doggies! :) After a less than poor experience with Summit Plumbing, I honestly wouldn't work with anyone else! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
