We are a family-run business founded by Jeffrey and Betty in 1990. Integrity and fairness are the bedrock to our operations. We focus on satisfying our clients with exceptional service and craftsmanship. In 2010, we became a woman-owned company with Betty Tillett at the helm. In 2016, Tillett Inc. expanded to include Tillett Toilets, offering restroom rentals for residential and business clients. Gary R.Wow what can I say I called on a Monday and the new faucet was installed on Wednesday morn in 45 min. In addition, Cole ( more on him later) found that the drain was leaking, something I was unaware of, and fixed that too.
The repair person Cole was just phenomenal, professional, thoughtful and super efficient in addition I and my wife are positive the job was ""done right"". We ""lost"" our plumber to retirement a few years ago and through Tillett we found a GREAT company we can count on for the future. This is the type of company that makes my words about saving money with a professional ring true. If I tried this myself it would have been done wrong AND take a whole day. These folks are great, unqualified recommendation!!!!

You pay a little more for Tillett, but you cannot beat their plumbing service. I have had them in my house numerous times for a variety of projects and I have never been disappointed. Everything has been done correctly and neatly the first time. From a custom toilet installation to a simple outdoor hydrant replacement to installing a sewage ejection system in the basement, everything has been top notch.
Not to denigrate any of the other employees, but Roy is by far the best. I trust him 100% in my home.

I had a recent nightmare with my outside sewer line. No back up in the house, but ruining my yard. With two dogs and a baby I had to have it fixed fast.
Called my insurance, they called Tillett. I've had insurance call places before, usually they are trying to get out as soon as possible, find reasons to not fix the problem, take their fee and leave.
Not Tillet. I would recommend them any day.
The project took longer than expected, about 7 hours total. I could tell it was not going as it should, but not from their attitudes or dispositions. Honestly the most polite service men I have ever met.
They really helped me understand my home and the problem. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber with experience and sincerity. You seriously don't find customer service like this anymore!
They didn't mind my dogs and pressure washed my patio for me! Amazing!
