Bad Experience. Did a new bath edition. Overcharged me for things he didn't do. My new shower does not drain as the pan was not sloped enough and the drain is too high. I requested him to fix it and he has ignored my request. He never came back to do the finish punch list. Sheetrock defects. Tile work defects. Shower drain defect. Very unhappy with Tileworks of Conroe. Poor Customer Service. Poor Workmanship.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I was able to give zero stars I would. This place quoted for material, labor, delivery and install and did not follow through on anything. The granite cut was not the same as the sample I chose and the owner was adamant it was, he delivered it and dropped it off in my yard while no one was home, then he refused the install advising my contractor how to do it over the phone. When I sent an email with all of my concerns, I requested a discount to make up for the incorrect granite, poor service and lack of install to which he called me and refused to help in any manner. He stated he would not offer any help with a discount but would gladly pick it up. Given where I am in my remodel I choose to keep it (at full price) despite the wrong granite, lack of customer service or willingness to make it right. They may be faster and cheaper, but you get what you pay for I guess.

They did a spectacular job on our master bath remodel. Frank was super helpful in the design aspects and the crew was neat and very detailed. I would highly recommend them.

They left my job unfinished and quit because I asked why they didn't show up, when they said they would. They leaned a ladder against my brand new gutter and scratched and dented it. They left my furniture out in the yard in piles. They killed several of my plants. Then sent me a large bill for the pressure washing they did. Very disappointed I used this company.
