I called Tiho last minute on a Saturday afternoon because my dual kitchen sinks were not draining. I had family coming over for dinner later that evening and there was jus no way I could cook dinner in a clean kitchen with a sink full of dirty water and I definitely wasn't going to wash dishes in the bathroom! Unfortunately, but to NO surprise, my apartment complex's maintenance failed to answer any of my calls at all that morning and even their emergency line was left unanswered after several calls (scary I know)! But that property management company is the opposite of this great review. Anyways, Tiho came out right away, he identified the issue, gave me some great tips to avoid the problem again, and was very professional and kind. I had never called a plumber and didn't know any local plumbing business by name, but google and several great yelp reviews led me to this man, and job well done. By the way, I will be reimbursed by my stupid property management company on Monday, but his charge for the visit won't break the bank, good to know in case I'm a future home owner in need of a plumber :)

About a month ago while I was working on my rental the darn knob from the tub came off when I pulled it on. Not only did the knob come off but water started pouring out uncontrollably. I didn't have an urge to get it repaired as it was a Saturday so I shut the water off the whole house and decided I would take care of it later and headed home to Castro Valley.

Monday I hit the Tracy Yellow pages and although I got phone responses everyone was busy. So I opened up Yelp and saw the stars for Tiho. I was able to call him right away and he was waiting for me in Tracy 45 minutes later. It took him a very short while to remove the old parts, go to the store and get new parts, and install. With all that waiting for me, running for parts, and putting everything together I could not believe what my bill was!

Let me say that I have never done this with any tradesman before but after I paid his bill I also gave him a tip. Well worth the price of the job and also getting to know a real nice guy.

Fortunately, he told me he not only services the Tracy area but also the Castro Valley area. Now I am thinking of using him for any plumbing problems and also to use him for an upcoming project that will need gas lines installed.

I wish there were more than 5 stars cause he deserves them!!!

I was washing my dishes on Sunday night and my sink starts backing up a bit. I turn on my garbage disposal and it starts coming up the other sink. Eh whatever I seen this happen before. I walk away and about 5 min later, i hear a sound unlike any i've ever heard coming from my laundry room. It was the sound of water splashing onto my floor. Lots of water.

I ran to the laundry room and saw a gush of water hitting the tiles and spreading fast. Oh. My. Lord.

I'm a big do-it-yourselfer. I've done tons of plumbing projects including sprinklers, showers, tubs, sinks, and even put in my own water softener system with a integrated whole-house filtration system. But this is 7pm on a Sunday night and I'm not feeling the urge to run to Home Depot and messing around my plumbing system in the dark.

I turned to my trusty Yelp for help in finding a good plumber in the area. Tiho caught my eye with his 5 star reviews so i called him. After debating on whether I should wait until Monday when the rates are a bit cheaper, I decided to just have him come right over so I don't have to lose sleep at night. Within about 10 min, I heard a knock on my door.

The Russian stud cleared my clog well within the hour and I didn't have to stress about the long lines at Home Depot, nasty sewage, or working in the dark outside. It was definitely worth the reasonable rates he charges and a good night's rest.

I was looking for a plumber on Yelp to replace a tub spout. There weren't many reviews from plumbers, so I didn't have a large selection to choose from. One thing that I did notice was Tiho Plumbing. All of the reviews were "5-Stars." I went to Tiho's website and saw the hours of service which was 9am-5pm. I called at 8:15 and was going to leave a message, when Tiho answered. I explained that I purchased a replacement tub spout from Home Depot, but wasn't able to attach it correctly. He said he had to go to Dublin and then come back to pick up some supplies. I told him that the spout is almost all the way on, being only short by about 1/2". I told him that it would only take him about 15 minutes to complete the job. He said he'd be over in 15 minutes. Tiho arrived, looked at what I screwed up, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He was fast, friendly and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Tiho for plumbing services.

We had a new gas range delivered and were disappointed that there was a gap of six inches between the back of the range and the wall. Our gas pipe was sticking out way too far.

We called Tiho mid-day, he was on a job in Santa Clara but said he could meet us back in Tracy at 4 to take a look. He was there on time, assessed the situation, had everything needed to complete the job in his truck, and was done within an hour!

He knows his stuff, provides GREAT customer service, and is just a really nice guy.

Tiho replaced a leaking water line to a toilet tank, replaced a flapper on another of my bathrooms, and fixed a dishwasher that kept shooting water onto my sink all in little over an hour and a half. He would have been done even quicker if he didn't have to stop at home depot to get some parts. Very efficient. Good quality work. Good price.
