Contacted Tiger company for Freon refill R410, I was told $99 fee would go towards Freon, tech said it's half low, showed me a bill for $607, the whole unit barely hold 4lbs ?! Asked for an itemized invoice over the phone, didn't get it other than same blank page showing $607.
Will be disputing this, if you want an overpriced company which lives on $99 service fee, Tiger is your go to, research their BBB rating before you fall in same trap.
-- Tech turned off the unit to preform his test, then left without putting the switch back in ON position.

There came out and told me I need stuff about 3 th I call someone else and it's was a door switch they just wanted money so u can buy that is the first time calling them I pay the 99.00 to tell me I need a new furniture and air conditioner will not be calling them again

Needed a wall switch replaced. Simple job, 5 minutes. They called me to set up appointment at least 4 times, but when I asked for an estimate of the cost, they hung up. Finally, one rep said he does the scheduling for my area and he would have localworker call me with quote. NOBODY ever called. He wouldn't give me a local person's number. I think this is a scam not unlike Angi

They were 3 times my highest quote and times as much for a self install. I would not reccomend.

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Had to reschedule the first appointment because they called last minute. The following day they were to arrive in the 8-12 window. I got a call around 2 saying they'd be there around 4. The tech came out and and new absolutely nothing about my electrical problem. He said an electrician would need to come out and do ""diagnostic testing"" which required immediate payment. I paid $450. The electrician was to come out the following Tuesday. He was a no show, no call. I called Wednesday and they assured me he would be out the next day. I received a call they day he was to come out saying they had no one available. They offered to come the following week. I told them I wanted to cancel everything and that I wanted my money back. They assured me they would void my check, however, when I checked my account they had already cashed it with NO work being done. Again, I called and complained and they said they would mail me a refund check in 1 week. Unacceptable. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and never received a call. Awful service. Do not use.

Also, this service was in Peoria, IL. Not San Francisco... ???

If I could rate this company with a minus 1 star I would. Not only did the tech insist on being paid with a check BEFORE he even started, but he was caught on camera putting the item that WE purchased at a local hardware store, in the back of his van, along with the receipt. Pretended that he did not know what we were talking about, but he finally gave the receipt of purchase back to us.
The second issue was that no only did the tech NOT know what he was doing, but he kept giving excuses as to why he could not install the product that they PREVIOUSLY said could be done in 15 or 20 minutes. Each time we called the company, we kept getting excuses about why no one has came out to do the job (even though a check was given to the tech). We called several times and were told that someone would be out the next day, called again, and told that someone would be out the next day, the next day, and finally told that no one was coming back to our home. I suppose this company only services a certain demographic of people that resemble their own skin color! DO NOT use this company, they will waste your time, and treat you like a second class citizen!

I started having issues with my sewer drain not wanting to drain appropriately, as well as it is backing up occasionally and practically flooding half of my basement. Mon roto rooter came and snaked my drain and told me my external water pipe was broke and it was pushing mud and tree roots back into my house and said they wanted 8k to fix it plus the 250 I had to pay for them to fix nothing.... Tuesday January 16th 2024 I called Tiger Plumbing and explained that I had Roto Rooter out and wanted a second opinion, but I DO NOT want to pay for the same service again. The representative was very empathic. She explained to me that there was a membership I may end up benefiting from and told me all the great things about it. She also told me that their guy would come out to inspect the problem and tell me what they would need to do before they did it. I said Fantastic! Let's Schedule. She took down my info and scheduled me for Wednesday January 14, 2024. Tiger Plumbing arrived at my house. A young man came in and I explained what had already happened. He goes downstairs to look and not once steps off of the stairs to look at my issue. He then tells me that he could ""fix it"" for $290.00.... I said what are you going to do to fix it? He said the same exact thing roto rooter did. I said absolutely not. He left and I then realized that on the TIGER plumbing website it stated that the company was running a special for sewage drain clean out @ $99. How I was quoted $290 is beyond me. I obviously dodged a bullet there. If you're going to send a plumber to someone's house, make sure he has the knowledge he needs and is not afraid to get his hands dirty.

They came the day after thanksgiving sharp in time; they helped me out immediately and gave me the best advice and the best explanation on what they needed to do!

They installed a waterheater several months back and did so in a prompt and efficient manner. I highly recommend this Business and it wll be my go to for any plumbing job!

The plumber did a very good job cleaned up after nicely and NO LEAKS on the new valve. I didn't receive a $75.00 credit for the next job. How does that work? Pleased w/work and would use Tiger again when needed. Thanks
