This is the second review we've had the pleasure to write for Tier 1 Leak Detection. We recently had a drain leak, which Tier 1 Leak Detection promptly diagnosed and repaired. We asked our home warranty company to assign the claim for this to Tier 1 as they had recently been extremely responsive and professional in assisting us with another issue.

Both Jonathan and Johnny were extremely professional and efficient in fixing the leak as well as facilitating everything that needed to be processed with the home warranty company. The entire process was seamless thanks to Jonathan's attention to detail and follow-through.

We would immediately contact Tier 1 Leak Detection for any future plumbing needs and give them our highest recommendation.

Johnny and his team at Tier 1 are nothing less of top notch. He is always quick to reply to phone calls and texts, very polite and friendly and was able to come next day to determine where the leak was and begin work. Johnny had Jonathan fix our leak this time and he was great as well and walked us through every step of the process. Their prices were good, and I always felt like they were being 100% honest when giving us an estimate. I highly recommend Tier 1 to anyone who needs a leaky pipe repaired. We just moved in and had a sudden gushing leak from the stop valve underneath our sink. We were not able to shut off the water and unable to remove the shut off valve for replacement due to the old pipes, corrosion, and the bolts being super tight. We called home warranty said tier one would come out on the next day. Johnny called us later in the day (Sunday) and said he felt bad we were without water and said he could come in 1 hour! Even though this type of plumbing is not his specialty at all, he was happy to help! He ended up having to cut through the dry wall and cut the pipe, but he happily spent the extra time to get our water back on for us! He said he will also notify our home warranty and they will send someone to patch the hole for us!

So thankful for Johnny from Tier 1. He went well beyond normal service. We needed a second opinion after our plumber with 20years experience told us we had a hot water slab leak under our kitchen tile floor. We were about to go with them to break through our concrete foundation to repair the pipes or with another company to Epoxy our whole house. Johnny came after hours on a Saturday because I needed urgent help. He brought in high tech equipment that the other plumbers did not have. After thoroughly investigating the case, Johnny informed us we do not have a leak & that our hot water circulator causes hot spots when in use. We also appreciated that he thoroughly explained every step of his testing & how he came to the conclusion. Thank goodness we had the good fortune to receive Johnny's services. Tier 1 is the specialist in leak detection. Saved us a lot of money & hassle of extensive unnecessary repair. I wouldn't call anyone else from now on.

Most leak detectors automatically assume there is a leak under the slab, but when Jonathan determined there wasn't such a leak he began his detective work. Jonathan found a very hard to find leak and quickly diagnosed the problem - I needed a new toilet. The toilet in place was probably 50 years old. Once the toilet was replaced - no leak! I will definitely call them again.

Tier 1 fixed EVERYTHING and even went above to speak directly to our home warranty company to ensure we didn't have to pay for anything. Highly recommend if you have any leaks. I talked to Johnny by phone who provided his services, even though it's not their normal slab leak type work. Johnny was personable and knowledgeable. From the beginning he could hear my sense of urgency and scheduled Sean to come and help me same day. I was interested to see what the quality of work might be. Well, it surpassed my expectations. Sean came, even though it was pretty much evening time already. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the part needed, and gave me a couple of options to solve the situation. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips along the way. He's got a lot of experience, so I can tell right away that he know his stuff.

I've bookmarked this company for future slab leak needs and will not think twice about calling them!
