Coming from a real estate background I would not hesitate to recommend Johnny at Tier One Leak Detection. I had a slab leak at my own house and Johnny is the best in the business with very reasonable prices. He even helped me with a short term solution so I can still have hot water while I looked for a repipe company. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional but he gave me his honest thoughts on which companies I should reach out to and what to look out for. With his guidance I saved so much money and stress from his knowledge but he went even further to reinspect another companies work just to help my family be at ease since we trusted his opinion so much. If I could give 1,000 stars I would! I contacted Tier 1 Leak Detection again for another leak I had. Johnny came out right away and discovered there was a pipe that had burst and needed to be replaced. He replaced the pipe quickly and tested everything to make sure there were no more leaks. Any questions I had, Johnny was able to answer them. He is patient, kind, and truly cares about his customers. Tier 1 will always be the first place I call whenever I have a leak!

Called Sunday evening Dec.29 at 5:30 and Johnny called me back in about 5 minutes. I was concerned my main waterline might be leaking because our water pressure in the house went down about 30 percent. Johnny spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting the issue and determined there was no leak. The main water meter wasn't turning so there couldn't be any leak. In all probability it's my water softener which I will check tomorrow. Folks, it's difficult to find people like Johnny these days willing to spend time to help someone and not get paid. I'm definitely putting his number in my contact list for the future. I highly recommend him!

Had a Christmas Night surprise leak that Johnny and Tier 1 were able to come out and inspect on short notice the following day. Their approach to diagnose the problem was methodical and thorough, and their execution was incredibly efficient. Customer service was also as good as it gets in terms of booking the appointment, communication of arrival times, clear explanation of the process/issues/fixes. If that wasn't enough, the pricing was also the best in comparison to other leak detection. Highly recommend!

Johnny's service is top notch! Now, I know why all his clients gave him 5 stars including me. I called him on a Saturday due to leak suspicion. He came the following day with all his equipment and was able to detect the location of the leak. Johnny explained to me my options and his recommendations. He is honest, sincere and professional. I can't recommend Johnny and Tier 1 Leak Detection more highly. I don't even know how to explain to you how incredible they are. He not only knows his stuff and is amazingly professional - he is genuine, honest, trustworthy, highly skilled and truly cares!!! He will NOT overcharge you and has a tendency to undercharge actually!!! Unfortunately (lol) I have had to use him several times. He is unbelievable.
