Very deceptive. Does not disclose fees up front. Will quote you $75 to come out & inspect and then after hand you a $200 bill and believe they are correct. Unprofessional. They need to be transparent about their fee schedule. Will not be doing business with them again.

Avoid if you want good service, as they are the worst I've ever experienced. Their service team couldn't clear a main line, dug an unnecessary hole in my yard, and ultimately charged over $200 for getting nothing completed. Jim, the supposed owner, even hung up on me during a follow up call. I wasn't cursing or being irate, simply trying to find a solution or get a refund. To contrast that, T & T Weidners' also had trouble clearing and tried from inside and out (without the digging). The difference: they didn't charge me, and walked me through the proper solution, albeit more expensive.

One of the few companies in our area that do great service, explain everything until you understand and then do not try to nickel and dime you to death. Completely professional and quick and everything back in it's place upon completion. Highly recommend them!

Very impressed. Was recommended to Ron's by a Well company. I had an alarm going off for our septic. The girl on the phone was easily able to diagnosis the probable issue. The guys were able to come out the same day and fix our Lift Pump -- pretty reasonable too. Will use them again!! thanks!!

Great experience! We have been using Ron's Tidy Tank since we moved to Long Grove six years ago. We had excellent service today. I called thinking that we might need to be pumped. We didn't realize that we were long over due---but Ron's Tidy Tank did! They had our records and squeezed us into their schedule. Fast, reliable, courteous! They did a great job! Thanks!

Valerie was very unfriendly . I had an emergency and she did not pickup the phone for me just because I asked her to wait 10 mins of find more details about the situation with my septic so i can schedule and paid the extra $100 for the service. After I called back at least 20 times she cut me down that she has an emergency in the office and did not let me to contact with someone for a service. Please do not use them.

We are new to having a house with a septic system contacted them where I was treated professionally received prompt service from a knowledgeable technician that explained aspects of the system I didn't know and paid a very fair price. They have gained a long-term customer!
