This company is awesome great customer service eager to please and very accommodating. Whenever you have a specific request they find away to serve your needs. Always professional with the greatest attitude of attention. The care given to servicing and maintenance couldn't be better. Everything is too expensive these days, they even have value at best at least that's what I've found. My service request times are always on point. I've even had after hours and they came right out!! Wonderful!! Thank you, my heating and cooling company of choice!!

We made the mistake of hiring someone else to install our new $9K AC unit. We had nothing but issues from day 1. while we still had an active contract with company #1, my husband found Tidewater Pro Air. They were able to help us even though company #1 keep saying they couldn't find the issue.
Once our contract was done with company #1 we QUICKLY switched to Tidewater Pro Air! BEST Decision ever!!!!

This past weekend we were out of town - came home to no AC. I have bad allergies and a double sinus infection.....I called, Brandon said I can have someone there in 15-30 minutes. Is that OK? YES!!!

Josh was here within 15 minutes (I think less). Played with the dogs for a couple of minutes, fixed the AC, cleaned and checked everything. Asked if there was anything else he could help with - played with the dogs while we chatted.
So thankful for their service and professionalism!!!!

Tidewater Pro Air is the gold standard for your HVAC needs. I was able to schedule a service call within an hour and a half of my call. Tidewater kept me informed of their arrival time and actually showed up earlier than expected. The technicians were very courteous and showed/explained the issue my furnace was experiencing that caused it to leak water (condensation) at the base. Additionally, their costs are very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them in the future. They are the best!
