Simply the Best, Better than All the Rest! Mr. Bill Martin and Tech Asst., Morris are very knowledgable, friendly, honest and has ""very reasonable"" rates. My Mother and I had this contractor come out to service her gas furnance for the Season. We both are very pleased with the service and timely matter it was completed. Strongly recommend Tidewater Plumbing & Heating for your Service Calls! It was a pleasure to do Business with this Company and plan to have them service my Mother's furnance each year.

I called this company after desperately trying to find someone to help me with a two year old furnace that kept malfunctioning. They were the fourth company I had gone through, each company before them came up all kinds of new parts I needed to buy but none fixed the issue. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. They came the next day. They found the problem. They located the part and best of all- I have heat!! Reasonably priced. Easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them the next time anything goes wrong w my HVAC.

On the Sunday of the Labor Day weekend we lost our air conditioning. We figured we wouldn't see anyone before Tuesday, but after reading the reviews we gave Tidewater Plumbing a call. Not only did they answer the phone, but in less than six hours they were out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. We can't recommend Tidewater Plumbing enough- thank you for a job well done!

I had a gas leak and the city shut it down fast. The guys came looked for a way to fix it and gave me a quote. They worked for a couple of days and got it fixed. The quote they gave me was what they charged. I would use them again if needed!

CALL HERE FIRST! Honest affordable plumbing. If you're looking for a plumber, you either need something fixed or you're putting something in. I needed something fixed. Short story. Had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that showed on the living room ceiling. I called other plumbers before this one and they couldn't accommodate me and I'm so glad that happened. I got ahold of Tidewater. He worked around my schedule and was able to easily find the problem and fix it. No guess work, no ""maybe it's this"" showed up, knew what was wrong and fixed it. One place quoted me $199 for the first hour of work. Tide water showed up, spent about an hour and a half, did the work and it cost less than $150.

After a $29 ""check up"" from another company that I'll call Real Shady A$$holes, I was faced with $8200 full system replacement on a system that was working fine before the check up. Admittedly there were a few minor issues however that's besides the point. I searched yelp and found tidewater so gave them a call to see what that same Check up would cost. Bill told me he wouldn't charge me anything. Within the hour he was at my house. 15 mins later all of my minor issues were solved with no parts replaced and still no charge! What a phenomenal experience and I'll never need to search for another hvac company again!

The fault switch on my HVAC unit had cut off and needed to be repaired/replaced. The original company quoted an astronomical amount for what appeared to be relatively simple job, so I set about the task of identifying someone who is trustworthy. Thank you YELP! I called Bill b/c of the excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Not only did he come on the same day I called, but the charge was one-third (I kid you not!) what I was quoted from the other company. When I described the problem, he knew what I was talking about immediately, so I knew I found the right man for the job. He agreed to pick up the replacement part, although it wasn't a certainty that it would be needed. He and his associate, Morris, thoroughly tested the part and confirmed the fault switch was, in fact, cutting off. As a result, he replaced the part and, again, tested it thoroughly to ensure it was fully functioning. He also explained what to do in the event the system got clogged. However, given how professional, courteous, reasonably-priced and down-right nice Bill is... I'll just give him a call if there's ever a problem.
