Tidewater Heating & Cooling was first founded as Eastern Shore Geothermal. As geothermal system installations surged, we recognized the necessity for servicing and rectifying recent setups. In those early days, we focused on smaller projects, which helped us develop a reputation for delivering quality work at competitive prices. As word spread, our projects increased in size and complexity, allowing us to grow. To better reflect our expanding operations and clarify our service offerings, we changed our name to Tidewater Heating and Cooling in 2019. At this time, we also took over Willey’s Plumbing, a well-regarded local company, and brought Willey Shorter on board as our Master Plumber. Currently, we are growing further, with several teams available to install, maintain, and service HVAC and plumbing systems across the Mid-Shore.

Joshua Arquiett is from Brasher Falls, NY, a quaint town situated nearer to Canada than to New York City. He graduated from SUNY Canton with an AAS in HVAC Engineering Technology. His degree equipped him with the essential knowledge to swiftly advance in the field. After college, Josh relocated to Easton, Maryland, where he gained skills and confidence with the support of his coworkers and management, eventually considering starting his own business after about a decade of experience. Today, Josh possesses a Master HVAC license and has accumulated 19 years of industry experience.
