Great honest and professional company. Water heater went out. No hot water for 4 days. We used our home warranty company and like car warranties, has to go to different levels in the chain of command. Enrique responded within an hour of the breakdown .saw what the problem was and worked with the warranty company. We ended up with a Bradford Price water heater. At first we thought the warranty company gave us something inferior. On the contrary BP is a superior american made water heater with a long standing reputation. The installers had my water tank in within an hour. All new fittings piping etc. Company stayed on top of the warranty company and all went smooth. I recommend this plumbing company to everyone.
Scammers! They will tell you one thing and then do another. Dishonest, probably the most manipulated I have ever felt in any business interaction
Was assigned to them by my home warranty company. Called when I was home (to clarify the 5 hour arrival window) and the owner said that the plumber was still on a job, so he would personally come out, but it would take 45 min-1 hr to get there. He arrived about an hour later and I was notified by his call, ""Open the garage door.""
He clearly seemed annoyed that he had to make a 5pm house call as when he walked into the garage and 'looked' at the hot water heater he said he already knew the problem (by sight.) He made it clear, immediately that ""your home warranty doesn't cover that, so I can't touch it."" He explained that there was a bypass safety valve that capped the temperature, which was ultimately proved false when we measured the water temperature later that night. So he wouldn't touch it when the insurance company was paying, but he perked right up when I said I'd pay to have the bypass valve removed.
Worst part was - he reported it to the home warranty company that all of the water heater lines have all been ""improperly installed"". The house is not even 5 years old...and hot water heaters are supposed to last 25 years.
Long story short - they only want your money, and will gladly collect it from a home insurance company or out of your pocket. When I called him this morning he told me to call the home warranty company (I already had and they had already filed an appeal). Don't do business with them, in my opinion.
These guys don't know what they are doing. My garbage disposal in our new house was making loud sounds. Called home warranty company and they sent these guys. They came and said that is the normal sound for a 1 horsepower garbage disposal. That it was heavy duty, restaurant quality. Their invoice says it was ""working properly"". They took their $75 for the visit and left in 10 minutes. English was not the best. And the disposal was 5/8 horsepower not 1 and it said that in big letters on the side.
I called the manufacturer and they listened to it over the phone and said it absolutely should not sound like that. Home warranty sent new plumber who said it was broken. They supplied a new one that was 1/2 horsepower and it is quiet and works fine.
Save your money and do not hire these guys.
Anilorac S.Great Service!
Over the weekend, I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking. The owner Enrique responded to my request within minutes, and one of his team members arrived at the expected time. Miguel got straight to work, and the unit was replaced in a short time.
I was very pleased, and will remember to contact Tiburcio's again next time I need service.
I needed a plumber to continue a small project that was abandoned by an unlicensed contractor (who represented themselves as licensed and insured). Enrique came out within a day to give me an estimate. He gave me a very fair price and he said he'll send a guy out in a week. I asked if he can do it sooner since the project has been keeping my grandsons from enjoying our new pool. He sent a guy the following day and he even came to help. It took twice as long to finish because of the very shoddy workmanship of the previous ""plumber"" but they completed the job.
Enrique and his crew are true professionals. Next time I need a plumber, I am calling them again.
Ross G.Owner Enrique is a very nice man. Also had a competitive price to complete jobs requested which was to perform maintenance on water heater and replace a cartridge in the Master Bathroom.
My main issue with this company is expectation of payment even Before any work has been completed?
*See screen shots
Owner requested payment of service before a technician even arrived at the property.
Then it was a little confusing on wether credit cards are accepted or not. Once owner confirmed they are ok to use, it was disappointing to see that there is a 5% surcharge.
After plumber finally arrived and began work, I receive another text requesting payment at 11:14am (as his plumber was still doing work). I call Enrique back and said it's really Odd how you keep requesting payment and the job is not even done yet? He agreed and said he'll call when it is complete.
At 12:01 I receive a call from Tenant at the house. She says the Plumber is asking which bathroom needs the cartridge replacement? Literally 3 minutes later at 12:04 I receive a text from Enrique saying the job Is complete according to his Plumber.
I again call him saying that's funny because his plumber was just asking what bathroom still needs to be worked in?
Finally at 1:00 job was completed.
At 2:13pm another text received from owner saying -
I do not receive payment yet.
As a Business owner or even as a regular person, you really do need to give people a ""reasonable"" amount of time to fulfill what they say they will do!
If barely 3 hours pass since a job was completed, you should not be constantly contacting a new customer for payment especially by the Owner of the business.
What I don't understand is it was even explained to him the home owner is in CA and she will pay as soon as possible.
At 6:45 I assumed invoice was paid (as promised) by my client in CA because owner messaged me on Yelp to please provide an honest review....
Although other companies may have quoted a higher price, it is truly not worth the harassment by this business - especially when service wasn't even started or completed yet. I'm sorry just being honest here.
T Y.Dan responded to my house on a work order through my warranty company for my disposal. He did not come under Dan's Dirty Drains, but under his family's company Tiburcio's Plumbing LLC. After years of unsatisfactory vendors being sent here from my warranty company (not just plumbing), I was pleasantly surprised with Dan.
First of all, response and scheduling was quick. I was given a window of 2p-4p, and Dan arrived early at 12p. For me, this is a star alone (just arriving at all.) Dan was cordial, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. He took a few minutes to diagnose the issue, and immediately started in on replacing the disposal. Prior and during the replacement, Dan informed me of this product, and all of it's features. He worked quickly, and although I did not time him, seemed to be very, very quick from start to final signature. Obviously, I was very pleased with his work.
There was a small issue of vendor fee to be paid at time of service (that was no fault of anyone with this service call, except the people who didn't respond initially), and Dan handled it very professionally. I do not want to say how it was handled, because it really doesn't matter; however the way Dan handled it again was what was important to me as a customer.
I would definitely call on Dan for ANY plumbing issues, and would recommend him if you want a professional, clean, knowledgeable plumber. Until I use Dan again, I will have to hold on to that 5th star. But if his service is anything like how this call was handled, he would definitely get all 5.
Showed up on time, polite and professional and replaced a failing and leaking whole home water pump circulator. This included sweating new copper fittings since the old one was calcified and beginning to fail as well. Very happy with the experience.
Jakob L.Really great guys who came and fixed my buildings main line yesterday and then fixed my leaky toilet today. I really appreciate their hard work and they're very dependable. Thanks guys!
