Enrique provided prompt service for home warranty coverage on ho( water heater replacement. He also promptly returned to clean up staining on driveway after replacement. Recommend as preferred service provider in my plan.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED Company was sent out from Choice Home warranty to replace my 1st water heater Charged $150.00 more than the company that replaced my second hot water heater that I had replaced 2 days later from another company that CHW sent out (identical water heaters).
Also charged $25.00 extra to put on credit card so had to pay cash to avoid charge.

Choice Warranty sent them to fix leak.
The took the $65 co-pay fee, took pics and left. Never physically checked it out, to see if filter casing was loose, needed new gasket , never shut off water to actually try to open it and assess it whatsoever. Didnt touch it. Was there 5 min and never even brought out a tool.
Told Choice Warranty is was ""overtightened"" and damaged and Choice denied claim. Meanwhile it hasnt be touched by anyone at all for years and absolutely is a ""wear and tear"" issue that should be covered.
This plumbing company offered various excuses and reasons ""it needs replacement"" without having checked it at all except visually seeing it leaking , never gets back to me and now hangs up on me. Why they told Choice fictional reason and got it denied is beyond me. But they are telling me it all needs to be replaced from the pipe connection. Meanwhile they told Choice filter casing is damaged.
They seem to clearly have been only interested in $65 for picture taking and then attempt a full replacement repair directly costly me to them out of pocket.

Tiburcios Plumbing just pulled a scam for $65 and Choice Home Warranty used to be decent and is now horrible, repeatedly now using inept and unethical private small time techs and companies.

I had Home Choice Warranty refer me to Enrique, his technician Miguel came out to take pictures of my water heater, gave me the wrong information when it was gonna be fixed. I called numerous times to speak with Enrique, he sends my calls straight to voicemail, doesn't communicate or call back. Since march 17th, he still hasn't ordered the right size and part to get it fixed. Yesterday I finally got a hold of him and he asked me to pay him cash on the side he will come and fix it right of way, Enrique stated he doesn't like to wait for the home warranty to pay him they take month and half to send him his money, but if I wanted my water heater fixed right of way I can make a deal with him on the side.

Since march 17th Enrique is playing me around not ordering the right water heater for me , he is soliciting me for cash money on the side.

Choice Home Warranty is a waist of time and money, they don't handle the problem right of way and they have a crook like Enrique on their preferred list as a technician.

Repaired a leaky shower with a new cartridge. They installed the incorrect cartridge and handle with a hacksaw. I no longer have hot water in my master bath. No leaky shower though. This company was sent by home warranty company so I guess you get what you pay for.

We went throw Choice home warranty and was still charged 450 dollers even though we was told that choice approved the new water heater.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty company.

Then, I noticed that they left a a large, slippery mess in my driveway, and onto the sidewalk in my yard, opening us up to the possibility of a slip and fall lawsuit. I called them to have them come back and clean up the mess they made, and to ask why I was unfairly charged for services not rendered. They declined my call and never called me back. They knew they did a shady job, and didn't want to have to answer to a non-satisfied customer.

Never do business with this company! They are ridiculous!!!!! All they care and want from you is your money! They don't care about your home! Got signed to this company by my home warranty, my house was out of water for two days because of they keeps have me waiting! I got charged $225 for them come and take a look for 15 mins! And got nothing done! He didn't even do leaking detection! Lately just looking!! The owner Eric came for, give an attitude and seems soo annoyed! You will regret if you call them for service!

To reply to the business! Yes my home warranty paid , but who paid my home warranty?! You? I still paid for the services! My home warranty paid me to repair it's not a free money!!! Also how much my home warranty pay me is non of your business!!!!! You charge almost $3000! Which I found someone for only 1/3 of your price! Why should I pay you???!!! Pay for your rude attitude and not responsible at all???

Enrique was sent by a warranty company to check on the leak of my tankless water heater. All he did was took a picture of the heater serial no. and manufacturer of the heater and charge me 60$ for the visit. He told me and the warranty company that I needed a new system where the insurance warranty company would only cover 1,000$ and 2;000$ would come out of my pocket to get the unit and the job done.
Asking around for a better solution, I was referred by my co worker to another plumbing company. The plumber came check the unit and fix the problem. All along I just needed to replace a loose bolt washer and the leaking stop and the problem was solved for only 150$.
Never trust this company specially the field manager Enrique Gonzales. All they wanted is for this warranty company to pay up and cost you more out of pocket.
