Thurow Plumbing was fantastic on so many levels! I used Angie's list and they were highly rated. Brad contacted me within a few hours of my inquiry and his brother Mark was out at the house the next day. Other plumbers I contacted had several week waits which I couldn't do as the problem was urgent! Mark was on time, very professional, and hardworking. His fees were spelled out from the very first phone call, which I very much appreciated and were reasonable for the services provided. The clog we had was extremely difficult because the pipes were very old and in a difficult to access space. But we worked together and he was able to clear a severely clogged pipe. What a relief! I inquired about other services they provide and have decided that Thurow Plumbing is my plumbing service from now on. Thanks so much!

I recently engaged Thurow for fixing kitchen insinkerator(garbage disposal). My experience was not good et all. First of all the guy came in and was a hurry right from the time he entered the house. He took out the existing machine, didnt tell me what was wrong or that it needed replacement or not, went to truck got one and fixed it. Then changed a bunch of pipes again no tell me why. Said there are leaks everywhere, which i never saw before and it wasnt leaking. Changed those. Everything he saw he said needed to be replaced. In between he kept going back to truck to keep the broken stuff, or get new stuff. After the work was done he spend 15 mins loading the truck or whatever. When I got the final bill he put his start time 10 mins before he even came to my house and included all the time he spent kept going back to the truck. He charged me 2 hours for just replacing the disposer. All the piping he replaced without telling me was insanely expensive. The cost to replace a garbage disposal was $400 insane... I just dont know how he has 5* reviews everywhere.
