Repair was needed on a shower and rocking toilet, the tech was fast and friendly he took care of all issues making the toilet sturdy and the shower function properly he even changed out the pressure regulator for the whole house plumbing that was 24 years old and as a consequence the upstairs toilet that didn't like to stop running now stops as it should! WIN! The cost was very reasonable and response time fast they did such a great job I called again for a different issue! Thank you!

wow I have never seen or dealt with with such unproffesionalism in my entire life. These people have no idea what they are doing. they came to my house and made me feel about as crappy and stupid as one one person can make another feel. this is not right. they used every excuse to not do the work. Then they tried to tell me I cant work a faucet. Thanks Thurgood next time don't even come to the job site. your unprofessionalism was even worse than not showing up. you need a new crew mabey some guys that actually care about your customers needs not there own. I am appauled at your lack of everything. I have never been so insulted. to whom this may concerned. stay as from this company as you can. they are morons.

Wow! They set a high standard for service. From Shawnell kindly answering my questions to Roger doing a great job at fixing things. They gave me their cell phone numbers and responded to texts. We had a major issue with a broken fitting out at the street. Three people gave me pricing: one for $3-5000, another for $11,000 and Roger did the job for less than $2,000! He recommended that I use American Leak Detection to make sure, which I did and gladly paid $335 to know for sure. They ""sold"" me only what I needed. What makes this story all the more amazing was that this happened right around Christmas. I signed the contract the Saturday before, they had it Blue Staked and did the work the day after Christmas. I am sure that they had lots of other people to help, and family to spend time with. For my family, they were a lifesaver. Oh, I almost forgot. They provided a key to turn the water on and off as needed until they could get the work done. I am very grateful for them.
