We had a toilet overflow and leak into the floor below. Thurgood Plumbing & HVAC sent Kevin over right away. Not only did they identify the problem, they gave us recommendations for any potential future issues they noticed with our plumbing and HVAC systems. They also provided us with at 3 options to fix the original problem plus cost options to prevent the future problems from happening. Jim (the cost guru) had excellent customer service and was so willing to help in any way he could. Kevin (the inspector) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my random questions that came from being a first time homebuyer. This is now my favorite company to go through and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Repair was needed on a shower and rocking toilet, the tech was fast and friendly he took care of all issues making the toilet sturdy and the shower function properly he even changed out the pressure regulator for the whole house plumbing that was 24 years old and as a consequence the upstairs toilet that didn't like to stop running now stops as it should! WIN! The cost was very reasonable and response time fast they did such a great job I called again for a different issue! Thank you!

wow I have never seen or dealt with with such unproffesionalism in my entire life. These people have no idea what they are doing. they came to my house and made me feel about as crappy and stupid as one one person can make another feel. this is not right. they used every excuse to not do the work. Then they tried to tell me I cant work a faucet. Thanks Thurgood next time don't even come to the job site. your unprofessionalism was even worse than not showing up. you need a new crew mabey some guys that actually care about your customers needs not there own. I am appauled at your lack of everything. I have never been so insulted. to whom this may concerned. stay as from this company as you can. they are morons.
