Tim came out and gave us a free and reasonable estimate. He was willing to start as soon as possible. He was friendly and approachable with a clear idea of what needed to be done.

Made the worst mistake paying $2,300 upfront, he came for 2 hrs and didn't set the drain - The #1 objective, THE MAIN job we requested. He failed to come to our home on 3 days in a row, after confirming 3 times, flat out didn't show, until we got to the point we didn't want this individual in our home again.

We ended up hiring someone else and they set the drain in under 45 min.
Never hire this guy, burn your money instead. Will be taking him to court to get our money.

Don't waste your time or money. Zero Stars if it was option.

Not good, 1 Star is an understatement. 0, -0 if I could. I hired him because I was going from a stand up shower to a tub and shower. The main thing, really the only thing that was important was to have him move the drain to align with the tub. As he was there, it was also decided to put in some new valves and shut offs for the toilet and sink since they were quite old and it would be a disaster to put new everything in and have them fall. But at the end of the day that's not what he was there for. I would pay him for that but the main objective was that drain. The bathroom was at a stand still until that was done. My awesome guy remodeling my bathroom doesn't do plumbing and wanted it done right. Long story short, Tim did all but the drain. Charged me $700 for ""parts"" and $1600 ""labor"". I stupidly and I already know I'm stupid for giving him full payment, he was supposed to come back and never did. He put in cheap piping, the shut off valves and yes that's about it. No faucets, no shower head or the part to attach it. Left everything sloppy and dangling. A complete disaster! He cancelled on me more than 3 times. He was supposed to drop off whatever materials I paid $700 for since what he purchased couldn't have been more than $200. And he refuses to refund me any money for ""labor"" because he already gave me a ""cheap"" price. Unreal. I paid for nothing, I feel, but screwed. I don't have monies just sitting around. My son gave me more than half the money for this guy. Tim threatened my remodel guy and it's here in Yelp along with pictures. Please, sorry for being long winded but if I can save anyone else from losing their hard earned money, I'm good.

One of the most disappointing human beings I've ever had to come across. Extremely unprofessional and took all of my mother's money and didn't even do half the stuff he promised. Left everything unfinished and did an half assed job. Rescheduled maybe 7 or 8 times, never seen anything like this.Awful person overall, DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR SERVICE.

Unless you want someone that is going to take your money for an incomplete job and fail to come back after rescheduling on 4 separate occasions for over a week I'd seek elsewhere. We hired Tim to do some plumbing he came one time did a portion of the work took full payment and was nothing but excuses after the fact on why he couldn't come back. Had to have another plumber come out and Tim did not use fittings he used sharkibites which will fail and pipe clamps in the Pex he put in. After he was called out on his lack of keeping schedule and subpar work he became aggressive. Do not use him at all . Attached is a copy of the text after he was called out for his unprofessional behavior and refusal to refund any money.
Avoid this business at all costs. You will not get what you pay for. If I could give zero stars I would.
