Eddie and Sal were very responsive and professional. Eddie responded quickly after we literally threw in the towel on clearing our clogged kitchen sink ourselves. He was very persistent and patient and finally cleared it after three tries! It was particularly helpful that he discussed his process and shared updates throughout the three hours he spent over our sink. We're so grateful. I'll never take our kitchen sink for granted again and will call Thumbs up right away if ever have another issue.

Had a leak in the garage. We received quotes from 4 companies. Sal was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. His quote was fair despite having to dig a 6ft hole by hand to reconnect our kitchen drain to sewer lateral. Job was done on time, and clean. We can't praise him and his team enough!

Had them replace a garbage disposal and a leak below our kitchen sink. They replaced all pipes with PVC below sink, installed a quality disposal and the owner responded quickly when we had a question.

Also got a referral from them to help with electrical issue (due to leak), which was helpful so we don't have to explain to electrician what needs to be looked at.

Would use them again in the future when I need help.

We have used Sal 3 times this year and he is the best! First time to install a new toilet. Second time we had an emergency leak, and we just had him replumb our bathroom. His communication is excellent, and each time he responded to our request immediately. Work is great, as well as his personality. Very friendly and professional. He is now our go to plumber .

These guys deserve 6 stars!! They have done numerous repairs for me - all jobs were quick, very neat and clean, great communication, prompt. Some were pretty complicated, like redoing a drain and all were done well with no problems after.

They just completely plumbed two bathrooms for me. Again, they were very neat and punctual. They stayed on schedule. The plumbing looks neat and organized. Inspection...passed. The inspector agreed with me that the work was done well.

The reason I went with Sal in the first place is that I felt his communication and responsiveness were excellent. I knew I was embarking on a big job and, especially since this was my first time doing bathrooms, I really wanted someone with GREAT communication skills. RESULT: I feel even better about Sal's communication skills than I did when I decided to hire him.

I'm surprised to see anything fewer than 5 stars for Sal. I suspect those were just oddities. I am so impressed with this guy that I went out of my way to network him with my realtor. The job was great and he also got the little things right - putting my extra key back in the lockbox.

I sent text to Sal regarding my toilet leaking and faucet malfunctions shower not running hot. Sal, is very impulsive, wants you to do the job right away, not knowing the total amount estimated he is working on. Sal, would provide a bid and change to another higher bid. It keeps filing up. I told him that I want another estimate from another company and boy his tune become different.
He couldn't accept no and become impatient.
He didn't show up for the appointment he commit. When I comfront him he retaliated. I wouldn't recommend this business because his rude, bad work ethics and unprofessional. Hope this help for future work reviews

I have been very strict about wearing a mask and social distancing but when my kitchen sink backed up last weekend, and lacking an outside clean out, there wasn't much choice in the matter. I had to have an outsider enter my kitchen. I knew Thumbs Up would get the job done but what really impressed me was that Eddie came to the door suited up hazmat style. What a relief. I already knew the problem was roots down the line. When they were cleared we talked through our masks about getting a scope to pinpoint the location and work toward a permanent solution. Thumbs Up to Thumbs Up.
