Do not let the low stars fool you! These people are the best in town! We had them come out to look at our bathroom because we were having back up issues. Everything seemed fine and the service was outstanding! Their prices are MORE than fair and I like that it's a small business! We need to support those at this time! Thank you thrifty rooter!

Had the pleasure of working with Ron and Jessica yesterday. They provided amazing customer service and they were very informative and professional. I highly recommend them! Used them on a weekend and I was expediting to have to pay and the normal high after hours fees but it was a very reasonable fee for the amount of work needing to be done. Customer service industry needs more like them!

We had Thrifty Rooter come out twice this month. Once to clean out the septic and another time to clear a clog in the drain. Both times the plumbers were fantastic: professional and did a great job of cleaning up afte themselves. Just ignore the one rude receptionist. Fee's were less then I expected.I highly recommend this company.

So I called thrifty rooter to unclog my main sewer line. There was standing water in the shower and the toilet was clogged. The tech came out and ran his snake threw the clean, then proceeded to run it into the neighbors septic tank. He said there was no issue with my main line and that the problem must be between the toilet and the main. But for that he would need a second tech and the toilet must be pulled. I told him then to hold off on additional work, as I wanted to replace the toilet anyway. No charge at that time, as he didn't really do anything for me, but hey the neighbors were ok. So I pull my own toilet, buy a replacement and call them back. This time, as expected I get 2 techs, as they were going to charge me as if they had to pull the toilet anyway, and they would not budge on the issue, ok fine just clean it out I said. So the tech ran his snake, while the 2nd one watched. He went 5 feet in and then pronounced the line clear, without having removed any obstruction. He then proceeds to charge me the full 2 man rate, and even documents on the invoice STOPPAGE UNKNOWN. 3 days later my toilet again becomes slow to drain. It remains this way for 2 full weeks, when now it has completely backed up and is now plugged. AGAIN. After calling the office to see about them checking their work, the woman running their office says they only came out once, not twice as they did in fact do. Then I asked her pointedly are you telling me, you won't stand by your work, she slammed down the phone and hung up on me. This is by far, the least competent and most unprofessional behavior I have seen of ANY company, ever!

After calling another company that quoted us over $300 for a simple sink clog, we were thrilled to pay only $80 for excellent service with Thrifty Rooter. Michael was professional, polite and was here in less than an hour from my initial call. I couldn't recommend them enough. Straightforward, honest business.

They came out to pump my septic tanks. I have two right next to each other, which I told them and I pointed out where the tanks were. They pumped one and completely missed the second tank. I had a different company come out for the second tank.

This business and the guys and gals who work there have always provided great service! They come out quickly and dont charge too much. They have taken care of multiple drain snaking jobs for me in the years I have had my home. I have not had a single bad experience with anyone who has come out or who I have dealt with in the office. In fact everyone is actually friendly and helpful, even when I walked into the office on what was obviously their lunch break they helped me right away!
