Beware of price gouging. I have been using Thrifty for years which I thought prices were reasonable.
But since COVID prices are outrageous! I understand prices have gone up BUT they charged us
$485.00 for a New garbage disposal! I called & complained office assistant was going to give me $90.
Credit for future fixes. Only problem is I'm not willing to use there service anymore, looking for
Some other plummer that is NOT price gouging!!

Suzy and her plumbers have come through our building several times... snaking the main line, early coming next day and if possible, same day... As an added bonus, their rates are very competitive!

Can't get better service! Highly recommended!

One of my tenants laundry drain was completely clogged so I called Thrifty Rooter & Armondo arrived in 40 minutes. He unclothed the drain in about 35 minutes ! He then ran a garden hose into the drain pipe to make sure the line was cleared before he left. I was completely satisfied with the service & would highly recommend THRIFTY ROOTER to any Landlord or tenant .

We'd been having plumbing problems with one particular building for many months. Our maintenance people fixed some of the major issues or so we thought. The layout of the pipes was weird and we had major issues pinpointing the exact cause of the plumbing problem. Finally, one day a pipe unexpectedly ""burst"" and flooded one unit. Our maintenance people had gone home for the day so we needed someone ASAP. We called Thrifty Rooters by recommendation. They showed up promptly and had great customer service. They quickly fixed the core issue with plumbing and haven't had any issues with that building since. Knowledgeable and friendly service great service. This was was a great investment and we wish we had called sooner.

On the day of the appointment they called to ask, as a ""favor"", if they could come ""right now"" (4 hours early). When I could not accommodate this they canceled the appointment and rescheduled for another day.

When the appointment finally happened the plumber was incredibly inconsiderate. While testing pipes he told me he KNEW WOULD LEAK, he allowed water to leak on to my belongings. He also left mud and grime all over the shower and bathroom.

I'd pay twice the price to use a different service.
