Please read to the end of the review, we hope it will be worth your time. We've had several plumbing issues at our Lake Arrowhead home. When we experienced issues initially in the kitchen, we had 2 different plumbers advise that they had resolved the issue, when in fact neither did. We finally called Thrifty, who resolved the problem.

Shortly thereafter, we had a leaking pipe in the water heater, which Thrifty repaired. During that process however, my partner damaged a part of the water heater in his anxiety to shut off the water, which wasn't noticeable initially...but caused us to smell gas afterward.

Gas company came in and shut off the gas. We called Thrifty, who came out and had to tell us that it was not a repairable item and the entire water heater needed to be replaced. Sad days.

Thrifty returned the next day with a water heater, and we had hot water for about 15 minutes. Fortunately, Thrifty had stayed to test it out further, knowing that we had already been inconvenienced by the previous repair. In the testing, they noticed that the water didn't stay hot, and did further investigation.

Long story made a little shorter. They replaced the water heater again the next day. For a total of 2 water heaters and one regulator in 1 day from the same manufacturer. They finally ditched that manufacturer altogether, brought in a 3rd water heater, and we now have hot water! Even better news was that it was at no additional expense to us.

We are so very grateful that Thrifty saw this problem through to the end; we'll never try another plumber up the hill, their integrity will hold us as loyal customers for as long as we are here.

Great Service. Before Paul started any workmanship he let us know how much it would cost. No surprises. Service was fast and clean. Didn't try to add any services. I highly recommend Thrifty Plumbing.

OK OK here we are on yelp with another five star review but I promise you I'm not a cousin of the owner just a customer with a troubled cabin that needed someone with the kind of experience these guys have.
First of all my place is nearly 100 years old so shifts in the foundation and the flooring can be a little scary sometimes. So I bring in professionals to help me in case there's something that I'm not seeing. Sure enough they diagnosed my issues with the toilet, sewer and some additions I needed to do in the basement. They stuck with their estimate and even did some additional work as things went a little smoother than anticipated.
I thought at first that they were a bit pricey but the quality and ease of working with the techs and office more than made for a good experience.

We have been using Justin with Thrifty Plumbing for many years. Justin has handled all of our emergencies and recently re-plumbed our whole house. You probably read a lot of reviews that praise individuals and you might think its overrated, fake, or embellished but let me reassure you when you read something about JUSTIN, it's all true. Came up to our cabin for a wonderful snow/ski trip and my heater wouldn't turn on. As I was panicking because I planned a house full of people, Justin came to the rescue. Was able to asses, correct, and get my heater working within hours. He took the time to explain why it broke, and what to do to prevent future repairs. Justin is authentic, honest, and a pleasure.
