Came up to our cabin for a wonderful snow/ski trip and my heater wouldn't turn on. As I was panicking because I planned a house full of people, Justin came to the rescue. Was able to asses, correct, and get my heater working within hours. He took the time to explain why it broke, and what to do to prevent future repairs. Justin is authentic, honest, and a pleasure. In Crestline and selling our home. As always some issues will pop up and Thrifty Plumbing worked with us and our schedule to make sure the work was done properly, documented properly and exact quotes were given. Justin came out, gave us our quotes, we contacted the realtors involved and got the agreement on work to be done. Justin came back and did the work, ALL before anyone else would even schedule an appointment. WOW. Great prices on top of great service. The realtors up here would do well to advise their clients that one call to Thrifty will yield satisfaction and they simply keep their word.
