We bought our hot water heater along with other purchases from three way plumbing. The owner, Tony, and his son along with the employees are awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Took the time to hear our problem and provided several solutions. I highly recommend this place.

Went to this place this morning and it's true what one review said. ""You walk into this place and u certainly have to KNOW what u want.
So, immediately after walking in there's an employee (white bald headed guy) sweeping and starts going off yelling saying ""tired of this I'm not making any more deliveries"" guess he was talking to one of his co-workers or supervisor.
So, it was my turn for service and asked about cast iron radiators? Showed the repr a picture and he says ""some times I have them, some I don't. I ask so how do I know when you have them and he says ""what size u looking for"" and the bald headed guy sweeping makes a wise remark as calling me an idiot not knowing what I wanted. So, I thank the clerk and walked out.
DONT GO HERE! IF U DONT KNOW WHAT UR LOOKING FOR! Besides this place is not a show room.

Drew was beyond helpful and lovely. I went in not having narrowed my choices. He also steered me away from unnecessarily expensive choices and made wonderful suggestions. Drew was also patient with me. We ordered several items from them. They delivered them, as promised.

This place is for PLUMBERS ONLY!!!
Do NOT enter without knowing EXACTLY what you need.
They will lie to your face if you look like you're not a plumber.
They intentionally force regular people away to call a plumber.

It would be nice if they actually kept their published hours. I called 3-Way on Saturday at 11:30 and spoke to them to confirm their address and that they would be open until noon. They said they would. So I drove twenty minutes to arrive there at 11:51 only to find the doors all locked and gates down. No response to my knocking or phone call (went straight to a recording). Not good for business. Went to Home Depot instead.

Terrible service and left my house in ruins....

This company did work in my house and left my floors covered in sharp metal pieces and dirt, as well as poured their dirt down my toilet and left me to find it black. Also, they did not cover any of my furniture and left my bed covered in dirt and metal shards. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Disappointed and wasted hours of my time cleaning up their filthy mess.
