Fast & professional service, very happy customer!
I discovered a quickly growing puddle near my hot water heater today that had me pretty stressed out. I called a different plumbing company in Sisters (probably shouldn't name them but they start with an S and end with a ney) and they said they could help on December 17. I might have been sleeping in a life raft by then.
Glad I called Three Sisters Plumbing next. Rod could tell I was stressed and made it to my house within a couple of hours to help stop the leak. On top of that, he was very professional and helpful. He wore a mask and was very kind. Thank you, Rod!!!

So grateful for fast service from 3 sisters plumbing when our sewer started backing up into our basement shower (fortunately it didn't flood the whole basement). Rod and his crew quickly identified the problem and location of a broken sewer line outside the house. He worked us into his schedule to have it dug out and replaced right away and it works great! So happy to have had this fixed correctly and with a great crew of guys.

I came home from vacation and found that I had a leak under my kitchen sink. A friend called Three Sisters Plumbing for me. Someone came that day. He found out what the problem was and said he'd be back the next day with the part. He did not show, so I called and left a message in his cellphone asking when he'd be back. I asked that he'd give me a heads up so someone would be here. A few days later I texted again. He texted back and said he came by that day, but no one was home. I asked (again) that if he could give a heads up I'd make sure we'd be home. I reminded him that we have a toddler in the house, and having everything out from under sink was difficult, and that the leak seemed to be getting worse. It is now almost 3 weeks. He's never called back or come by. I DO NOT recommend.

Workmanship was below average. Unreliable, rarely showed up as promised. Would not use again.

The final, bottom line warning, don't under any circumstance hire this plumber. We hired Three Sisters Plumbing to plumb a vacation rental in Sisters. His way of doing business was to show up. look at the job, turn around and leave and come back sometime--even days later. He never came on time and to top it all off he forgot to glue the waste plumbing discharge pipe. When exiting the crawlspace after surveying the project and preparing to leave, he happened to nudge the pipe and it fell apart. He then decided he should perhaps glue it before we put on the decking for covering the crawl space. Had that pipe not fallen apart we would have had sewer in the crawlspace compliments of his poor performance.
OK, we can all forget to glue up waste discharge pipes. But silly me. I thought I'd try this guy one more time for our same vacation rental. I called about a week ago and made sure he understood that we had a short window of time for him to remove a stacked washer/dryer since guests were coming that afternoon. We want him to put in an external faucet on the other side of the wall the washer/dryer backed to. He said he would be there and I believed him. He said he had decided not to do new construction and stick with small jobs. So the date came when no one was in the middle of a reservation for our vacation rental and sure enough he presented his old self--he never made it to do the work. I called him at 8:30 that evening and asked him why he didn't show up for our appointed time. He gasped and said ""oh no"". He forgot. I reminded him how important our window of time was to do the job and he wanted to come over and do it yet that night. I said guests are in the vacation rental and he couldn't do it. I simply hung up. Again, if you want a quality plumber, look elsewhere. He is not.

The crew was super helpful - had a pipe to an outside spigot freeze and requested that the line just be cut off to save time since they were fitting us in as an emergency. They took the time to fix the pipe and install a new spigot and got the house up and running again. Very grateful!!w

We've lived in the Sisters area for 25 years and needed plumbing services many times. Most service calls went what we felt 'par', meaning we had to clean up and a couple times call them back again.
But Three Sisters Plumbing was recommended one time and we tried them for some equipment replacement. VERY IMPRESSED. They showed up on time, exactly when they said they would. Prepared to do the work. Polite and extremely respectful of our house being so careful to remove the old and bring in the new without spilling a drop of water. And that WH was huge.
Anyway, I have another need and I fully intend to call TSP again.
Highly recommend!

There has yet to be a single thing they touched that hasn't turned into a massive problem.
1. They put a drain in my pump room that is uphill from where the water comes from, therefore its a fully useless drain. In addition this drain is just a hole in the floor with no drain cover. When first installed I was told the drain cover was ordered and would be here shortly, and I had to reiterate that to the City of Bend inspectors as they almost didn't sign off on our work because of it. 2 years later and we still don't have the drain cover.
2. Our pool is 60ft long, with the deck added we have pipes that need to carry water a little over 68ft. These pipes should have been secured and held up with J hooks to support them. After all they are pushing water around 50 gallons per minute, 68ft, 24/7/365. But in what I am learning is true Rod fashion, they were not secured by J hooks. Instead they were held up by cheap flimsy plastic that resembled hospital bracelets. Obviously there is a real name for them, but seeing as I am not a plumber I am not sure what they are called. Long story short, they broke under the pressure and caused a section of the pipes to dip down bent. Seeing as our pipes our under our deck I don't take the time to look down there daily or ever. Until I was teaching in my pool one day and all of a sudden we heard a boom and saw water shooting at our ceiling at 50 gallons per minute! I was able to hand my student off to another instructor and run over and shut the water off. I immediately called another plumber to try and figure out what had happened because I already didn't trust Rod at that point. This new plumber showed me the dip in the pipes and explained that it exploded where it did as it was the easiest point for the water to break through and with the pressure building it needed to go somewhere! I am BEYOND thankful that this explosion happened while I was teaching. Had it happened on a day that the pool was closed or at night, we would have lost everything and so would our business neighbors. The new plumber I had come in fixed what he needed to for an immediate fix and then I called Rod and had him come out and install the J hooks he should have installed in the beginning. At that time Rod did apologize and did come back to fix the problem. At that time I also pointed out the drain cover that was never installed and he insisted he would be back in a couple days to fix that once and for all. He never did come back.
3. The third issue is by far the scariest. While sitting in my office working I had a swim team parent come and tell me that the sink in my bathroom had just fallen off the wall. I was absolutely shocked and not even sure what that meant! Come to find out it meant exactly what she said. She had turned the water off, walked out of the bathroom and then heard a crash and when she turned around the sink had literally fallen off the wall and was laying on the floor. Like the previous instance we got INCREDIBLY lucky. We teach a ton of very small children, who could have been killed or seriously hurt had they been in the bathroom or using the sink when it fell. I immediately called a handy man company that was recommended to me by one of my employees. They came out and were shocked to find that the sink was in fact just on the floor (because sinks do not just fall off the wall!!) and then they continued to be floored to find out that the sink was never actually secured into a stud or anything!! The caulking around it was holding it up!!! Absolutely not okay and when I told Rod what had happened and added the picture he didn't even bother to respond. When the handyman I hired reached out to him with their invoice he refused to pay it and then started texting me saying he would meet with me and the property manager if I wanted but he had no plans to pay the bill he caused, or apologize. This business is a risk to Central Oregon. If they made this many HUGE mistakes to my one business, I am terrified to know how many other people he has hurt!

This company managed to squeeze in our emergency plumbing issue same day and we could not be more grateful for their reasonable rates and attention to detail. Three Sisters Plumbing is highly recommended!
