I'm surprised there are good reviews. My experience with Three Rivers Plumbing was not a good one. After spending $150 was told everything was working just fine. Next day, still had no hot water. When I called back, I was told there could be something wrong see if it's under warranty. What about the $150 I paid to be told it was initially fine when clearly it wasn't????? Would not ever recommend.

Have used Brad 3 times and each time was professional, prompt and fair. Problems solved, no drama and fair pricing. Not easy to find these days...

Fantastic fast and friendly service! Had a home 'improvement' mishap-a nail puncture through a waterline. Arrived w/in an hour to repair the damaged line. Very professional and reasonably priced for same day service.

My elderly mom used this service to have a new kitchen sink put in. I live out of state so I couldn't help her find a trustworthy company. My mom was upset she was charged so much for her service. She and I have had plumbing done before and she definitely was overcharged and taken because she was an elderly women. The man took 30 min. to get stuff out of his truck and took over 3 hours for a easy possess that shouldn't have taken that long. She also was told it needed something else done which she was told by someone else it was fine. The man took his time to charge her for the hours he dwindled around. My mom who lives on a low income was very upset she was taken and I am too because she is an elderly women, shame on them. Do not use this service unless your a man and know what is going on or get a quote in writing and shop around because they are extremely over priced and take there time doing the job and if you don't know better they will charge you for as much as they know they can getaway with.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. We paid Brad to rework the plumbing in our home during a complete gut rehab project. 4 months later and we have a leak coming from one of his fittings that has soaked through the ceiling and is dripping onto our first floor. He promised to be by and never showed up. He has since stopped returning phone calls and pushes us to voicemail every time we call. He is refusing to respond to any of our requests for help or follow up. It is shocking to me how some people remain in business. He couldn't care less. I would NEVER HIRE him again nor would I recommend him to anyone. A complete loser.

I've had this company do a few jobs now. Excellent service. Fast, friendly, and reasonable. I was recommended by a co-worker to use this company and don't have any regrets. Will always call them for any future needs.

Fast, friendly, and reasonable. We called for what we thought was a problem sump pump and to check ejector pump function. Upon inspection there was nothing wrong with the sump pump. He only needed to replace the ejector pump. He was very honest, as he could have told us both were bad. I also want to add that he was very careful and neat. No mess, you would have never guessed anyone had been doing any plumbing work!
