If you need a plumber in the South Bay, these are your guys. Our go to plumber retired a few years ago and I have been using various people since. Nobody has stood out and I often felt like I was being overcharged. Last week we discovered a leak in a copper line to a recirculating pump next to our water heater. Fortunately there was a shut off valve allowing us to bypass the pump without losing hot water to the house. I contacted another company to come check it out. They quoted me what seemed like an unfair price so I didn't have the work done. I asked some friends who they knew and one of them recommended Three Lions. I called and Dylan responded quickly. We set up a time for a couple of days later and he arrived as scheduled. He repaired the copper line for LESS THAN HALF what I had been quoted. He also removed a faulty diverter valve that was leaking in a bathroom and gave me advise on replacing a broken hand sprayer at no additional charge. TOP NOTCH service at a very fair price... and one of the nicest guys you can ever meet.

Our go to guy when it comes to the subject matter, we have had him out to the house many times to complete a variety of jobs. All told, Tim has hooked ducting to the exhaust fan of our bathroom, cleared our garbage disposal, replaced a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink, repaired and replaced the components to our gas wall heater, fixed one of our sprinkler valves, and laid the plumbing for an outside sink for our patio. Always the hard working self-starter, who's on time, keeps a clean working area, and even finds time at the end of the day to stop, check-in and say ""hi"" - see how you're doing - with a warm and friendly smile. We've come to trust him so much, that whenever we have a home repair, we will first consider if it is something that Tim can come by and work on. When Tim is on the job, there's nothing to worry about. We are grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him.

Very happy with Three Lions Plumbing. They were referred to me years ago by my friend. We have an old house with old pipes and they have had to come out on several occasions over the years. They are prompt, honest, and reasonable. Today, though, I had to give an extra shout out because I called the gas company to come check a leak. Gas company came at 2pm and told me we had a leak on a pipe going from the house to the garage. I called Three Lions (darn, didn't get the plumber's name) while the gas company was still here. In a very short time, problem fixed and hoping to get my gas turned back on today! Thanks Three Lions!!!
