He shows up on time, trains the homeowner in how to avoid a costly situation in the future, and takes time to understand your needs. Very happy with Three Lions Plumbing. They were referred to me years ago by my friend. We have an old house with old pipes and they have had to come out on several occasions over the years. They are prompt, honest, and reasonable. Today, though, I had to give an extra shout out because I called the gas company to come check a leak. Gas company came at 2pm and told me we had a leak on a pipe going from the house to the garage. I called Three Lions (darn, didn't get the plumber's name) while the gas company was still here. In a very short time, problem fixed and hoping to get my gas turned back on today! Thanks Three Lions!!!

Terry was very thorough checking all the gas lines under the house for my heater. I asked to also install a new thermostat to make it easier to heat my home and save money on my gas bill. He is reliable, dependable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him. Thank you.

Recommended by a friend I called these gents after getting a quote for $10k (yes 1 with 4 zeros) and 3/4's of my plumbing needed to be replaced. These guys came out and said in a lovely British accent ""Well it seems you just need to unclock it!"". He was right. Took a few tries but now my kitchen sink is draining great. Honest and fair price (same as the above mentioned unsmelly guys who didn't even attempt a snake). Will recommend to other friends.

PS Large amounts of rice do not go down the garbage disposal. Said amounts of rice will cause self inflicted hate. Lesson learned, the hard way.

We had a water leak and Terry was referred to us. He came, looked at the problem and gave us the name of a leak detection company. After the leak was identified Terry then began to equivocate. He gave us an estimate, but could not give us a start date. Said he couldn't confirm until a day and a half before he could start. We patiently waited and finally got a start date. At 6:30 pm the night before, he called to say he couldn't do the job. We waited a week with hundreds of dollars of water literally going down the drain. He may have done good work for others, but his actions with us was clearly not reliable or dependable. If he had been honest and simply said he didn't want to do the job, we could have contacted another plumber and had the job done in a timely manner.
So, fast response, honest, solid. Methinks not.
