My 80 year old mother called this company bc her kitchen faucet drizzled water,the water barely came out. They arrive, 2 techs and when work was completed they had installed a new main shut off valve and replaced her her valves under the sink. The work they did wasn't even a hour. They charged my mother over $500 and it didn't resolve her issue of water barely coming out. My mother called them out to fix her water flow not replace valves. I feel the tech used scared tactics to do the work. He told my mother she needed the replacements. My mother had recently had plumbing work,a new water heater installed, a furnace installed and noone else had a issue turning off water. I'm sorry but something doesn't set well with me. Plumbers didn't fix issue and my mother is out $500 plus. 3 Kings have called my mother at least twice since completing the work. I believe they're calling because they know that transaction wasn't right. 3 kings was referred to my mother which makes the person who referred them feel bad. I have advised my mother to file a complaint bc she still doesn't have flowing water. The nerve of the tech to tell my mother she needs a new faucet after he took her money and if they install it that would be another $250,so sad. We purchased a delta faucet and thanks to Facebook someone is coming to install her faucet for free. It's really sad how businesses take advantage.

I have nothing but praise! Got prompt visit; he listened to me and gave a really great quote...... Then did the work quickly and cleanly, with attention to details. And stuck with his quote in spite of extra materials and travel required. (He installed a basement upflush toilet system for me.)
