I have used 3Brothers twice in the last 6 months. They were here both times very quickly to fix my problems. In June my pipe that runs from the house to the septic tank leak and flooded the basement. They figured out the problem & were able to fix it. December my hot water heater leaked& the basement flooded for several days. They were here within 30 minutes, they brought a new hot water heater when they came. Excellent work & very professional. My only complaint is that they weren't wearing masks

I was out of town for work they came to my house to fix a frozen water line. It was cold and snowy in winter. Came to my house the worker didn't have what he needed in his truck twice when he showed up. They charged me drive time every time he had to come back because of his error! Charged me 8 hours of labor and drive time to unthaw one water line and put a heat tape on the water line. A job that if I was home I could have done for 87 dollars. Then I get a bill in the mail for $1287 for a little job that they took so long to do because they did not have the material they need to do it efficiently. I would use any other company I could before ever using these guys for anything!

Love love love these guys. I've had them out twice to my home and recommended them to my boss and we agreed-they're the best in town!! I've used another well-known plumbing company in Helena several times and each time wasn't good-but better the enemy you know, right? No. Never again. I will go with 3 Brothers from now on (and no, I'm not married to any of them!!).

Beware of questionable billing! BOTH times we used 3 Brothers Plumbing we were charged double the rate than the time the service technician was actually here. They did adjust the bill after I called and complained. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We had our main line to septic get completely clogged by a root that grew through it. They knew the problem right away and told us what needed to be done. Everything was upfront and no hidden costs. Remember they are not landscapers so if your yard has to be excavated it is what it is. They let is ask all sorts of questions and gave us advice for other projects.

I've had a lot of experience with these guys and they're not terrible. I will say, however, that it depends on who you get and what your asking for. General plumbing 3-5 stars depending on who you get, Excavation 2 stars, Punctuality 1-5 depending on who you get, availability 4 stars. I don't really have much more to say about these guys. You could do worse and you could do better. Kinda seems like that's the same with everyone these days though.

Horrible service!! Not prepared to do work contracted for. Worker not on site for entire job. Inaccurate billing. A step below doing it yourself.

They know why they are getting this review. They never completed my job and broke my mailbox and refused to fix it. After 3 weeks upon the uncompleted project we fixed it ourselves. No communication about anything either. And they want their money before the project is finished. Didn't backfill enough dirt, destroyed our lawn, left the pavers that they pulled out for us to replace ourselves. If you need excavation I recommend going elsewhere.

I used 3 Brothers when I first moved in to run gas to the kitchen to replace the stove...they were great.

But today went above and beyond...last night the A/C unit stopped blowing cold air...it blew air and it was cool, but not cold by any stretch of the imagination! Of course, since it's the day before a holiday...nobody was open...but 3 Brothers was and Kip came out. I think he was here all of 15 minutes...happened to have the right capacitor (?) in the truck and I'm now staying cool again.

3 cheers for 3 Brothers!
