Never showed up for scheduled appointment on Feb. 9, 2021. No phone call nothing. I would not recommend this business due to the unprofessional behavior.

Had install of kitchen faucet.Purchased faucet as recommended by Thrashed Plumbing.They return ed for the install.A couple of weeks later called them back.The faucet was leaking again.They came again and stopped the leak.Got billed once again for a job not done right the first time.Next time I will be looking for a new Plumber.Live and learn another costly lesson.

Heat was not working upstairs. Came and resolved problem and took time and explained everything. Very friendly and now heat works great throughout house. Called them again to get a new water heater and no problems...professional and job was done right. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

This is the epitome of s bait and switch company. They charged $255 for labor for just 47 min. They said that the 20 min of travel needs to be calculated in. This is an awful company. I sent a check for an above average hourly rate and the check was sent back. Avoid avoid avoid. I am contacting the BBB and attorney general for deceptive business practices.

I called Thrasher to service my Boiler. The lady on the phone was very nice and we scheduled an appointment a few days out. They came to my house right when they said they would be there. Tom Thrasher explained prices, repair costs, and what he was going to do. It cost $295 to service the boiler but it is no longer leaking or making strange noises. I was comfortable with the service and process and service was explained to me. I will definitely call Thrasher again when my boiler finally goes (it's 26 yrs old).

YAY!!!! Tom from thrasher plumbing showed up RIGHT ON TIME!!! I had a window from 9 til 11 and I was very happy with him showing up at 9.02! He installed a basin in my bathroom removed the old one and did a METICULOUS JOB. I will most definitely rely on Thrasher plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future,. I have tried many others and I have finally found a great plumber!

P.S. he was even extremely kind to MY DOG SUZIE!!!! :)

I called the Plainville number on the site the last two weeks and spoke with two different call representatives. I explained my situation and they said they would write up a report and have a person call me back to schedule a time and talk about the situation further. Both times, I left my name and number to the reps and I NEVER received a call back from either call. They claim:

""They Don't Answer Their Phone - Or even worse, some plumbers use an answering machine. Then you have to wait and hope they will call you back. At Thrasher Plumbing, our phones are staffed 24 hours a day so you can always talk to a live person."" - from http://www.thrasherplumbing.com/about.html

Well that is completely false information. Sure, they may have someone that answers, but they are not getting anyone to call me back.

I have sewer smells coming into my house and I've told them this and still no call back.

I would NEVER recommend a company like this to anyone. I'm sorry but they are Trash, not Thrash!
