Update on my last review of TO Plumbing. After my original review, Danny, who identified himself as the owner, called me and profusely apologized for the bad service I received and because the service man did not unclog my laundry sink. He offered to send another tech to unclog my sink and also said he would refund my payment for unperformed services.
Alberto came out and was very professional and amiable and knew exactly what to do to unclog my sink. Took him about 20 minutes to get the sink working once again. Alberto is great asset to TO Plumbing!
BTW, never did get a refund. But at least my drain is cleared and no doubt, will use them again.

I just had faucet replaced in my house and I used Thousand Oaks Plumbing ! thousandoaksplumbing.com - What an Awesome company! They took care of everything ASAP - STEVE a young, respectful, awesome chap took care of that leak in no time and replaced my kitchen faucet and immediately emailed me my invoice while he was still in my kitchen! Their email also included their license # !

STEVE also made a few other suggestions regarding considering getting a water softner/ purifier and even gave me more info and sent me a quote soon following his visit.
I will now also get them to install a water purifier/softener system in my home which will cost about $4300 for the size of our house which will be a huge saver on our pipes and i will have drinking water from every faucet in my home! STEVE you were awesome! That attitude and the wonderful attitude and all round approach of Thousand Oaks Plumbing is WHY this is a REAL business NOT amatures. When you call you have an energetic friendly voice that greets you and quickly schedule you.

No back and forth voicemails or 'sms messages' like a bunch of school kids. NO . A REAL (great) LICENSED PLUMBING BUSINESS!

First plumber was young and not experienced and really messed up. We thought he correctly installed a broken flange on the floor of the toilet. But once we realized the toilet couldn't tighten down and notified them, they came out next day and fixed it all. Overall very happy they made it right.

I have a rental property in Moorpark. My tenant called in the morning saying that the water heater was leaking from the bottom. The water heater was quite old, and I knew that it would need replacement. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing, and they were able to provide an estimate over the phone so I knew about what my costs would be, and they were available to come out to confirm the problem and start the replacement that afternoon. My tenants had hot water right away. The water heater installation was brought up to code and no surprises. It was great that everything went smoothly and within budget. Thank you!

HUGE fans of Thousand Oaks Plumbing!
They gave a fair estimate for installing a new gas cooktop & gas line where there had previously been an electric cooktop (not the most expensive & not the cheapest) and they had a good solution for our previously non-compliant, not up to code hot water heater that was past its life expectancy.
We had them replace our hot water heater including a riser to accommodate the space where it sits.

Danny & his team were friendly and efficient in doing the estimate, taking measurements, and finishing the work.
Tanya in the office was super helpful with scheduling and they were flexible on dates/times.

Will definitely be using them again if we have future plumbing needs.

We needed to replace our main sewer line which sounded like a hellish job. They gave us a reasonable quote, arrived on time, cleaned the job area at the end of each day and finished in the allotted time. Couldn't ask for more.
