They will most certainly attempt to overcharge you! Called for a dripping faucet. Plumber came out asked to go out side and check my water pressure. Within minutes stated I needed to replace a pressure valve at a cost of
$2000 +. I asked if it was broken he said ""no but why wait until it breaks."" Then proceeded to quote me an additional $600 in repairs for external piping that again was not broken. I said I would not be moving forward with repairs that were not needed. Back to the leaking tub fixture. Tech quoted me over $400 to ""rebuild"" the faucet. I don't even get a new one for this price! I said that price was extremely high. The tech responded that they were a big company and a lot of employees, were reputable and do great work. Well if that's the case how come you only warranty repairs for 30 days. Use this company at your own risk of completely getting over charged. I will say when I refused service the price started to go down. Regardless, I did not have the plumbing done by TO plumbing.

We have used Thousand Oaks plumbing many times for different issues and every time received nothing but excellent work. Last night a pipe broke to our irrigation and was staying water turned off and called first thing and they were out to me in 30 minutes. Randy was kind respectful and very knowledgeable was able to identify problem and fix it with in 20 mins! Highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing!

Rude. That's all I can say. Not knowledgeable about water or when filters should be changed for tankless water heaters. Implied it didn't need it and then when I insisted found it to be beyond dirty!! Will never use this company for my own homes and will never recommend. I recommend Joe Peters Plumbing instead.

I had a 911 outdoor pipe and valve breakage, we had to shut water the water off to the house Bran came out and had it fixed within an hour or so.

They wanted a $1,000.00 to install a customer provided faucet. Their technician was super lazy. Ripped open the box and didn't want to do anything.

Thousand Oaks Plumbing is awesome! So incredibly Courteous and efficient....I've called them a couple times and they are HONEST which is HUGE .....Brian Sacks is a Phenomenal Plumber....but the entire place is top notch! I couldn't recommend any Local Plumber Higher!

I rarely do reviews and if I do it is a for great service. That is not the case this time. When I made my appointment I told them I had remolded my kitchen and that I needed the service completed before another company arrived to install my dishwasher. Big mistake! All I needed was to have a new Kohler faucet installed and a garbage disposal that was originally installed two years ago. Mind you I am a returning customer. The estimate was first quoted at just over $800 and after I expressed that that was absurd for such a small job he raised the price to $914. Said he made a mistake the first time. Knowing that my back was against the wall they could charge as much as they wanted. I feel he completely took advantage of me and my situation. I had no other choice but to pay for the work, which was discounted almost to the original estimate, so my dishwasher could get installed. I have completed multiple kitchen remodels over the years and as women I have come to expect being treated poorly on occasion. Which was why I had called TO Plumbing in the first place. They had provided great customer service, quality work and price. Until Now!

Plumbers are very expensive nowadays it will charge you arm and a leg but you have no choice. If you want quality of work have the professional do it's worth for your money but if you are not particular- do it yourself.
