Alex was exceptional. Professional, courteous, knowledgable, dedicated, and technically proficient. The call was to replace our guestroom's water value, lines, and toilet. Alex immediately noticed the toilet lid was defective and unable to fit on the tank properly. He disassembled the new toilet and repacked it in the box for return shipping. Talk about above and beyond. As a fellow veteran, Alex never forgot his esprit de corp.

I had a recurring issue with a backed up laundry line, where some of the water drains out in the kitchen sink. Unfortunately the first person that came didn't have a working snake so I couldn't get the issue resolved that day... to my luck, I did a load of laundry the following day and the water leaked and flooded a part of my house... In any regard, Stacey, who was super friendly and personally came and used the snake and scoped it. A few days later Alberto came to do the hydro jetting. I have to really give a huge shout out to Alberto. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely competent, and patient. He explained everything in a easy going manner. I was going to take a few stars off the review, but Alberto truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's truly people like him that keep people coming back. Thank you again Alberto.
