I've been using this company for at least the past 15 years and I can say they do quality work. They spent the last two days here at my home in sunset hills fixing a main drain problem and nailed it! And for a reasonable price (in terms of plumbers, lol). Honestly though one of the most important things to me is that the crew is extremely polite and very punctual. They didn't miss any deadlines I wasn't delayed or over promised, but instead they overperformed. Not really what you expect out of plumbers, so these guys are resetting the bar for the rest of the industry. Highly recommended. Thanks Juan Carlos and crew.

Unfortunately the leak technician specialist (Brad) was incorrect. He mentioned that the leak was in the cement under the sink but it wasn't. He spent a few hours looking for the water line... made some holes in the walls but not knowledgeable. Ended up saying it was his best ""guess"". Waste time and my money. Find another company.

Personal plumber came out and was able to find the leak and it was above cement. Mentioned that it will take about 1-2 hrs fixing it. Will be fixing it in the morning.

The whole TO Plumbing team was responsive and flexible locating and repairing a leaking pipe below our slab foundation. Communication via phone and text was outstanding to coordinate with our schedules and the repair was done on time and budget. Great value.

I have been so impressed with Thousand Oaks plumbing. This is the 2nd time they've done something for us. Mostly it's been fixing what other people have done wrong. The first time it was to fix a bunch of leaking toilets. And Today they installed a new water heater and fixed a bunch of other things to make sure everything was up to code. Matthew and his team (Miguel & Alex) were trustworthy, hardworking and efficient. I am so appreciative to know I now have a company to use that I can trust to help when we are in need of plumbing stuff! The value is equal to the excellent service.

We worried that it would take a few days to get a plumber here, but they were able to send someone the same day. Chris Danko was great. He was professional and friendly. Fixed the issue, and gave reasonable explanations for his recommendation to change a couple of things before they became big problems. We're very satisfied.

Mark Martinez just finished an ace of a job for me. He listened to my concerns, his work was clean and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made some great recommendations. Leaving the house, he noticed an outdoor fixture that deals with water pressure and noted that it was corroded and the valve was painted shut. A recommendation is forthcoming.
