I am amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of our service today, done by Brandon. From the first phone call to the end of our service, communication is above and beyond. Text confirmations, updates and a call from Brandon prior to his arrival was so helpful.
This is the first time we've used Thornton & Grooms. The price was quite fair and we now have a dependable company we can count on.

After working on it for 20 mins technician said it'd be 1200 when we called for the 99 special. Classic bait and switch . Left sink pipes disconnected .

I am so disappointed with the work performed that I need to hire an EXPERIENCED plumber to correct the shoddy workmanship. I was not presented with proper repair instead of replace options and the quality of the workmanship was just unacceptable. I have so little faith in the skills of their ""Professionals"" that I will hire someone else to fix instead of allowing them back into my home

They were on time, polite and very expensive. When I told some friends how much I was charged, they were shocked. The service department couldn't tell me how much was for parts and how much for labor.

On Christmas eve I was told my furnace had gone bad, was dangerous and immediately needed to be replaced. They charged me $13,000. When I told people how much I paid afterward they were shocked. The way they rip people off should be criminal. The new furnace is so noisy I'm afraid my house is going to blow up or something. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Our pipes that ran under the foundation of the house rusted through and needed to be replaced. Thornton and Grooms said it would take a week. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. There were so many problems that I cannot remember them all at this point. Also the bill is VERY high. It's over $20,000 for a $10,000 job.. After talking to someone about this they offered a $300 discount... Do your self a favor and NEVER use Thorton and Grooms!! Also to anyone at Thorton and Grooms whos reading this, you need to fire the customer service manager who told their employee that ""talking to the customer is not my problem"".

By far the worst business I've ever had to deal with. They do the worst work employees don't know what they're doing. So long story long I bought a Lennox ac from them 6 years ago and they came out every to service it and now it's broken.
