They are simply the best! I have used them for years!! We use them for our home and for my business at Planet Beach Contempo Spa in Turlock. They come out and clean out my dryer ducting at the shop every year. We do tons of towels at the shop and we have a ton of lint after they come clean our ducts the dryer works awesome! LOL! Horrible customer service!! We've been with thorsens for years, and I will say two weeks later I get a phone call concerning my broken air conditioner just doesn't cut it. It sure is hard to find a business now days to just return a phone call. Your customers are the back bone of your business, and you loose them and soon you find yourself out of business. Me and my family will be taking our business else where.

Really having a problem w/Thorsens today. Normally they are professional and provide good service but today's situation was unreal! Had a simple job of replacing two bathroom faucets which turned into a 3 hour ordeal due to negligence and poor workmanship. A valve was left unattended and when the water main was turned back on it flooded my master bath and leaked into the downstairs, through a light fixture and on to my kitchen floor. Upstairs, it soaked through the wood cabinet under the sink and seeped under the tile floor where it meets the carpet. Not only were all of these problems not disclosed to me but I was charged almost $400! Very unhappy :-(

I had Thorsen's come to my residence twice this summer. They were on time, very polite and they were very careful to wear booties over their shoes so my floor stayed clean. I had them clean my dryer vent which saved me 20 minutes per load of drying time. They also cleaned my air conditioner & heating ducts. Made a huge difference!

We were experiencing issues with our refrigerator, and needed some expert advice. We were getting ready to go out of town, and didn't want to come home to find out it had expired ;)
The technician did an evaluation, and immediately found the issue, and for a small fee replaced the part, and we were so relieved!
